|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير أنموذج بوسنر والأسلوب المتبع في تعلم مهارة الارسال من الأعلى بالكرة الطائرة للطلاب لمجموعتي البحث الضابطة والتجريبية. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي، إذ اشتمل مجتمع البحث على (97) طالبا وبلغت عينة البحث (40) طالبا من طلاب الصف الخامس الإعدادي في ثانوية الشهيد عادل ناصر للبنين ضمن المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة بابل للعام الدراسي 2023/2024م إذ تم تقسيم العينة على مجموعتين وبواقع (20) طالبا لكل مجموعة المجموعة التجريبية تدرس بأنموذج بوستر والمجموعة الثانية تدرس بالأسلوب المتبع من قبل المدرس. أما الوسائل الإحصائية فقد تم استخدام الوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري ومعادلة سبيرمان براون. وقد استنتج الباحثان أن أنموذج بوسنر ذو فاعلية ضمن الحدود التي أجري فيها البحث الحالي وذلك في تعلم طلاب الصف الخامس الإعدادي مهارة الارسال من الأعلى بالكرة الطائرة بالمقارنة مع الأسلوب المتبع في التدريس، كما ساعد تطبيق خطوات أنموذج بوسنر على إثارة دافعية الطلاب نحو التعلم وحب المشاركة في المواقف التعليمية المختلفة في الدرس.
|b The research aims to identify the effect of Posner's model and the method used in learning the skill of serving from above in volleyball for students in the control and experimental research groups. The researchers used the experimental method, as the research population included (97) students, and the research sample reached (40) students from the fifth grade of middle school at Martyr Adel Nasser Secondary School for Boys within the General Directorate of Education in Babylon Governorate for the academic year 2023/2024, as the sample was divided into two groups. With (20) students for each group. The experimental group is taught using the Posner model, and the second group is taught using the method used by the teacher. As for statistical methods, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Spearman-Brown equation were used. The researchers concluded that Posner's model is effective, within the limits within which the current research was conducted, in learning fifthgrade middle school students the skill of serving from above with volleyball, compared to the method followed in teaching. Applying the steps of Posner's model also helped to stimulate students' motivation toward learning and their love of participating in Different educational situations in the lesson.
