المستخلص: This study aims to know the reality of organizational justice in its various dimensions, from the point of view of executives in the local administration in the state of Ouargla, through professional organizational practices that confront them in the local administration in light of what is expected of them to contribute to the local development process and its requirements. Based on the fact that organizational justice and the nature of work relations represent a criterion that enables the interpretation and understanding of behavior and actions, on the basis that they help the stability of this institution and in harmony with its outputs, as well as work with confidence and effectiveness in performance to achieve the goals of this important and vital public service. The study targeted the total number of executives working in the various departments of the headquarters of the province of Ouargla. By collecting data, depending on the descriptive method, using the simple observation tool and the interview form mainly .Where the study concluded that the weakness of organizational justice in its various dimensions is among the problems that impede the achievement of harmony and stability of executives, thus affecting their role in local development. Rather, it is one of the reasons for the emergence of social problems, such as corruption, bribery, etc., and it impedes the development process itself.
