المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي تصميم تطبيق إلكتروني باستخدام الأجهزة اللوحية وذلك لتنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى أطفال ما قبل المدرسة، تم الاعتماد على التصميم شبه التجريبي المعروف باسم: التصميم القبلي البعدي باستخدام مجموعتين متكافئتين أحداهما تجريبية والآخري ضابطة حيث تم اختيار أفراد العينة بطريقة عشوائية، وتقسيمها إلى مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، وتم تطبيق أدوات القياس (مقياس المواطنة) قبليا على المجموعتين قبل التجربة ثم تعرضت المجموعة التجريبية فقط للمتغير المستقل (التطبيق الإلكتروني)، وبعد الانتهاء من التجربة تم تطبيق مقياس المواطنة بعديا على المجموعتين، تكونت مجموعة البحث من ٦٠ طفل وطفلة من المستوي الثاني (5- 6) سنوات الرياض الأطفال التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم بالدقهلية تكونت كل مجموعة من (۳۰) طفل وطفله، تمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس مواطنه، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقباس المواطنة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما أسفر البحث عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ≥ (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لمقباس المواطنة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، مما يعني فاعلية التطبيق الإلكتروني وترجع الباحثة هذه النتيجة إلى أن الأجهزة اللوحية الذكية تتسم بالمرونة والجاذبية وتحقيق الأهداف التربوية، وتركز على التعلم نشط وتفاعل المتعلم وإيجابيته، وفي ضوء ما أسفر عنه البحث من نتائج أوصت الباحثان بضرورة تدريب معلمات الروضة على تنمية أبعاد وجوانب المواطنة لدى الأطفال، تبصير أولياء الأمور بتوضيح ماهية المواطنة وأبعادها وكيفية تنميتها لدى الأطفال، تطويع التقنيات الحديثة من كمبيوتر وإنترنت وهواتف ذكيه لتنميه القيم والمفاهيم لدى الأطفال، توفير مناخ تربوي ديمقراطي يساعد على تنمية قيم المواطنة في المواقف الحياتية المختلفة لطفل ما قبل المدرسة. كما أوصت إعادة صياغة أهداف مرحلة رياض الطفال بما يتناسب مع احتياجات المجتمع في ضوء التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي الذي يشهده ها العالم.

The current research aimed to design an electronic application using tablets in order to develop the values of digital citizenship for pre-school children. The quasi-experimental design known as: "The tribal and post-test design was relied upon using two equal groups, one of them is experimental and the other is control, where the sample members were randomly selected, and divided into two groups. An experimental group and the other a control group, and the measurement tools (citizenship scale) were previously applied to the two groups before the experiment, then the experimental group was exposed only to the independent variable (electronic application), and after completing the experiment, the citizenship scale was subsequently applied to the two groups., The research group consisted of 60 boys and girls From the second level (5-6) years for kindergarten affiliated to the Ministry of Education in Dakahlia, each group consisted of (30) children. The pre and post application of the citizenship scale in favor of the post application, and the research also resulted in the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level ≥ (0.05) between the mean scores of A. The children of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the citizenship scale for the benefit of the experimental group, which means the effectiveness of the electronic application. The researcher returns this result to the fact that smart tablets are flexible and attractive and achieve educational goals, and focus on active learning and learner interaction and positivity, and in light of the results of the research from Results The researchers recommended the necessity of training kindergarten teachers to develop the dimensions and aspects of citizenship in children, enlightening parents by clarifying what citizenship is and its dimensions and how to develop it in children, adapting modern technologies such as computers, the Internet and smart phones to develop values and concepts in children, providing a democratic educational climate that helps develop the values of citizenship In the different life situations of a pre-school child. It also recommended reformulating the objectives of the kindergarten stage to suit the needs of society in light of the scientific and technological development witnessed by the world.
