المستخلص: للإنتاج الكمي أهمية كبرى في مجال صناعة الملابس حيث أنه يعتمد على المراحل المختلفة للتصنيع من باترون صناعي، وتدريج للقياسات وعمل ميتراج وفرد وقص القماش بالطرق الصناعية، ثم ترقيم القطع بعد القص والتجميع للقطع التي تم قصها ومراقبة الجودة لمراحل الإنتاج المختلفة ومن أجل تطبيق هذه المراحل داخل خطوط إنتاج تعليمية، يجب تجهيز المعامل بالمعدات والماكينات التي تعمل على إخراج منتج يتوافر فيه مواصفات الجودة المطلوبة، من هنا جاءت فكرة البحث وهي دراسة لأهم الصعوبات التي تواجه طالبات مرحلة البكالوريوس من خلال تنفيذ فستان السهرة بطريقة الإنتاج الكمي، وقد كانت من أهم مشكلات البحث كيفية التغلب على صعوبات تنفيذ فستان السهرة داخل خطوط الإنتاج؟ وما هي الخطوات الصحيحة لإعداد وتنفيذ فساتين السهرة، ويهدف البحث التغلب على صعوبات تنفيذ فستان السهرة لدى الطالبات، التوصل إلى أفضل الطرق الإنتاج الكمي لفساتين السهرة، ويفرض البحث أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القطع المنفذة وفقا لآراء المحكمين والصعوبات التي واجهه الطالبات، وترجع أهمية البحث إلى الوقوف على الصعوبات التي تواجه الطالبات أثناء تنفيذ فساتين السهرة داخل خطوط الإنتاج، وقد كانت أهم نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محاور الاستبيان حول الصعوبات التي واجهه الطالبات أثناء مراحل الإنتاج حيث حصل المحور الرابع الخاص بالتجهيز والتجميع (الخياطة) على أعلى معدل بمتوسط (20.1) وقد حصل المحور الثالث وهو القص وترقيم القطع بالمقاسات على أقل المتوسطات بمعدل (15.9)، ويوصي البحث بإلقاء الضوء على الصعوبات المختلفة التي تواجه الطالبات في مجال التخصص ومحاولة حلها.
