المستخلص: واهتمت مصر بالشباب، فكان لهم في الدولة وزارة، ومن أجلهم كانت المدارس والمعاهد والجامعات والأندية ومراكز الشباب وقصور الثقافة، ليتخرج منها جيل الغد وأبناء المستقبل، حتى يخدموا وطنهم وأمتهم، ويؤدوا ما عليهم من واجبات. ويلقى الشباب في بلدنا كل الرعاية والتوجيه الديني الصادق، من أجل ربطهم بربهم وبدينهم، وأن يتحلوا بالفضائل ويتجنبوا الرذائل، ويعرفوا قيمة العمل، وتحمل المسئولية والشعور بالواجب، والتفاني في حب الجماعة وحب الأمة. وتعتبر مراكز الشباب من بين إحدى المؤسسات التربوية التي تنتشر في المدن والقرى في مصر، وتضم لعضويتها قاعدة عريضة من النشء والشباب، وذلك بهدف إتاحة الفرصة لهم لتنمية مهارتهم وممارسة الأنشطة الاجتماعية، الثقافية، الدينية، القومية، الفنية والرياضية وتساعدهم أيضا على حل مشكلاتهم المتعددة، وذلك تحت إشراف قيادات مهنية متخصصة داخل مراكز الشباب، وبالتعاون مع القيادات الطبيعية والتطوعية والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين أيضا داخل مراكز الشباب، ولهم دور هام وحيوي في مساعدة الشباب لإشباع رغباتهم وشغل أوقات فراغهم حتى يستطيعون المشاركة الإيجابية في تنمية مجتمعهم

Egypt took care of the youth, so they had a ministry in the state, and for them there were schools, institutes, universities, clubs, youth centers and palaces of culture, so that the future generation and future children could graduate from them, so that they could serve their homeland and nation, and fulfill their duties. Young people in our country receive all the care and sincere religious guidance, in order to connect them with their Lord and religion, to have virtues and avoid vices, to know the value of work, to bear responsibility and a sense of duty, and devotion to the love of the community and the love of the nation. Youth centers are among one of the educational institutions that are spread in cities and villages in Egypt, and its membership includes a wide base of young people, in order to provide them with the opportunity to develop their skills and practice social, cultural, religious, national, artistic and sports activities and also help them solve their multiple problems, under the supervision of specialized professional leaders within the youth centers, and in cooperation with natural and voluntary leaders and social workers also within the youth centers, and they have an important and vital role in helping young people to satisfy their desires and occupy their free time so that they can participate positively in the development of their community.
