هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات الإشراف التربوي محافظة لحج من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين، للعام الدراسي 2018/ 2019م، ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة صمم الباحث استبانة مكونة من (34) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات هي مجال المعوقات الإدارية/ المؤسسية ومجال المعوقات المهنية التربوية ومجال المعوقات الاقتصادية/ المالية. وقام الباحث بعرضها على عينة من الموجهين التربويين بلغ عددهم (78) موجها تربويا من أصل (296) موجهاً تربوياً تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من سبع مديريات بالمحافظة من أصل 15 مديرية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وعدداً من الأساليب الإحصائية ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة لمعوقات الإشراف التربوي محافظة لحج الآتي: - أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معوقات الإشراف التربوي محافظة لحج من وجهة نظر الموجهين التربويين أنفسهم كانت بدرجة عالية حيث حصلت على متوسط حسابي (4,04) ونسبة مئوية (81%). - أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط العام لمعوقات الإشراف التربوي محافظة لحج في مجال المعوقات الإدارية/ المؤسسية كان بدرجة عالية حيث بلغت (3,96) وبنسبة مئوية (79%). - أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط العام لمعوقات الإشراف التربوي محافظة لحج في مجال المعوقات المهنية/ التربوية كانت بدرجة عالية حيث بلغت (4,10) وبنسبة مئوية (82%). - أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط العام لمعوقات الإشراف التربوي محافظة لحج في مجال المعوقات الاقتصادية/ المالية كانت بدرجة عالية جدا حيث بلغت (4.21) وبنسبة مئوية (84%). - أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة حول مجالات الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة في التوجيه التربوي.
The study aimed to identify the obstacles of educational supervision in Lahj governorate from the point of the view of the educational supervisors for the year 2018-2019. Το achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher had designed a questionnaire which consisting of (34) items distributed in three domains, the administrative, the professional educational and the financial obstacles. The researcher has offered to (78) of educational supervisors from total number consisting of (296) educational supervisors where of seven districts were taken among 15 districts In the governorate The researcher used descriptive analytical method in addition to a number analytic tools. The most important results were the following: 1-The results of the study showed that the obstacles of educational supervision and professional domain from the point of view of the educational supervisors themselves were high that got (4,04) with a percentage of (81%) with highly significant disabilities. 2-The study showed that the general rate of educational obstacles in the administrative domain were high (3.96) in a percentage (79%). 3- The study showed that the general rate of educational obstacles in the financial/economical were very high (4.21) in a percentage (84%). 4- The study showed that the general rate of educational obstacles in the professional/ educational were high (4.10) in a percentage (82%). 5-The results of the study showed lack of statistically significant differences at (0,05) between the average rating of the educational supervisors in Lahj governorate schools.
