|a يهدف هاذا البحث إلى وصف الجوانب الحجاجية عند ابن مالك الأندلسي ودراستها من خلال كتابه شرح التسهيل، حيث ينصب الحديث على ما ساقه فيه من الأدلة الحجاجية بمختلف مواردها، وعلى مستوى الاستدلالين السماعي والمنطقي. وقد تناولت بالدراسة بعض أدوات الربط، كإنما الحاصرة، ولكن، ولا سيما، وقليلا، وعجبا، وغيرها، ونظرت في الأفعال الكلامية عنده كالاستفهام والتوكيد والشرط وحروف العطف "الواو والفاء وثم". وقد ختمت البحث بالتعريج على اعتماده أسلوب الحوار والنقاش العلمي الرصين في قبول الآراء أو ردها. توصل الباحث إلى نتائج أهمها: استعمال ابن مالك في كتابه شرح التسهيل أساليب الحجاج، وأنها شملت تلك الاحتجاجات، التي أدار بها مسائل الكتاب، نوعي الاستدلالات الحجاجية سواء الاستدلالات النقلية أو المنطقية، وأنه كان يدور حول ركني الحجاج النقل والقياس، مع تنويع في استعمال الروابط في كلامه. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة الاعتناء بدراسة أساليب الحجاج عند أعلام الدرس اللغوي والنحوي، والوقوف على الأدوات والعوامل الحجاجية في النحو العربي، وإقامة الدراسات المقارنة بين علماء العربية السابقين والمحدثين.
|b This research aims to describe and investigate the argumentative aspects in the work of Ibn Mālik Al-Andalusī through his book "Šharḥ al-Tashīl." The focus is on the various sources of argumentation, including the attested data (Samā') and logical reasoning. The study explores connectors such as the restrictive particle "'innamā" (only), conjunctions like "lakin" (but), "wa lâ siyamâ" (especially), and discourse markers such as "qalīlan" (barely), "ʿağaban" (astonishingly), etc. Additionally, we delve into speech acts like questioning, affirmation, condition, and conjunctions "wa," "fa," and "ṯumma." The research concludes by highlighting the author's adoption of a sobre scientific discussion approach in accepting or refuting other opinions. The researcher reached some results, the most prominent of which were that: Ibn Malik uses the argumentative approaches in his book: "Sharh al-Tas’heel", which help him manage the issues of the book. This included the two types of argumentative inferences, whether narrational or logical. Adding to that, he revolved around the two cornerstones of argumentation; polarity and analogy, with a variation in the use of connections. The researcher strongly recommends paying attention to the study of the methods of argumentation by the linguistic scholars as well as grammarians, to identify the tools and factors of argumentation in Arabic grammar, and to conduct comparative studies between classic and modern Arabic scholars.
