|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تحقيق التوافق الوظيفي لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمات، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس درجة تحقيق التوافق الوظيفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) معلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية النسبية، بنسبة (11%) ، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تحقيق التوافق الوظيفي ككل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة)؛ كما أظهرت النتائج عدم فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α = 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في درجة تحقيق التوافق الوظيفي لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمات تعزى إلى متغيرات العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة والمرحلة التعليمية). وأوصت الدراسة بنشر ثقافة التوافق الوظيفي لدى العاملين في رياض الأطفال من اجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
