المستخلص: تعد فئة الإعاقة جزء لا يتجزأ من التكوين الاجتماعي لأى مجتمع من المجتمعات، والتي تتطلب إشباع احتياجاتها وتوفير الخدمات التي تتناسب معها، وذلك لتحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي لهم، كأحد أبعاد الاستدامة الاجتماعية، التي تتضمن الأمن الإنساني، والإنصاف والمساواة الاجتماعية، والاندماج الاجتماعي، والتماسك الاجتماعي، وتحويلهم من حالة العجز إلى التمكين والقدرة والإنتاج، وعدم التعرض للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة للمهانة، أو التعذيب، أو الإساءة، ومساعدتهم على تخطى حاجز الإعاقة داخل المجتمع ويكونوا كغيرهم من الأشخاص العاديين من ممارسة حياتهم الطبيعية، والحصول على حقوقهم داخل المجتمع، والتي منها خدمات التأهيل سواء كانت خدمات صحية، أو تعليمية، أو نفسية، أو اقتصادية أو ترفيهية التي يتم تقديمها من خلال مراكز التأهيل التي تعد بالنسبة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وأسرهم حجر الأساس للاندماج مع المجتمع، وتوصل البحث إلى تحديد أبعاد الاستدامة الاجتماعية، ومستوى خدمات التأهيل للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة، كما توصل البحث إلى إيجاد علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد الاستدامة الاجتماعية وخدمات التأهيل للأشخاص ذوى الإعاقة في صعيد مصر.

The disability category is an integral part of the social structure of any society, which requires satisfying its needs and providing services that suit it, in order to achieve social integration for them, as one of the dimensions of social sustainability, which includes human security, fairness and social equality, social integration, social cohesion, and transforming them from a state of disability to empowerment, ability and production, and not exposing persons with disabilities to humiliation, torture or abuse, and helping them overcome the barrier of disability within society and be like other normal people in practicing their normal lives, and obtaining their rights within society, including rehabilitation services, whether health, educational, psychological, economic or recreational services that are provided through rehabilitation centers that are for persons with disabilities and their families the cornerstone of integration into society, and the research reached the identification of the dimensions of social sustainability, and the level of rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities, and the research also reached the finding of a strong direct relationship with statistical significance between the dimensions of social sustainability and rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities in Upper Egypt.
