The current study aimed to identify general and specialized services available for persons with disabilities. In order to implement the study, a tool was developed to verify its objectives. It was applied to a sample of (29) persons with disabilities and (282) parents of persons with disabilities to identify the availability of services for persons with disabilities. In order to ensure the validity and stability of the study tool, it was codified by relying on the validity of the arbitrators and extracting the correlation coefficients of the paragraphs with the total score, and verifying its stability by extracting the coefficient of the stability of the internal consistency of the paragraphs, which amounted to (0.94) on the total degree of the level of services. After extracting the arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and percentages of the responses of the study population, and examining the null hypothesis of the study using the statistical program (SPSS), which showed that the public services provided to people with disabilities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi are at a high level, but the specialized services appeared at an average level where a shortage appeared in some of these services. Accordingly, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Expanding the services provided to persons with disabilities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in terms of quantity and quality, and in the early stages of life, and developing vocational rehabilitation services that are commensurate with the requirements of the labor market. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى توفر الخدمات العامة والمتخصصة المرتبطة بالأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. ومن أجل تطبيق الدراسة تم بناء أداة للتحقق من أهدافها، حيث تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (٢٩) من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وعلى (282) من أولياء أمور الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وذلك للتعرف على مدى توفر الخدمات للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. ومن أجل التأكد من صدق وثبات أداة الدراسة، تم تقنينها بالاعتماد على صدق المحكمين واستخراج معاملات ارتباط الفقرات مع الدرجة الكلية، والتحقق من ثباتها باستخراج معامل ثبات الاتساق الداخلي للفقرات والذي بلغ(0,94) على الدرجة الكلية لمستوى الخدمات. وبعد استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية لاستجابات مجتمع الدراسة، وفحص الفرضية الصفرية للدراسة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، والتي أظهرت أن الخدمات العامة المقدمة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في إمارة أبو ظبي في مستوى مرتفع، إلا أن الخدمات المتخصصة ظهرت بمستوى متوسط حيث ظهر نقص في بعض هذه الخدمات. وبناء على ذلك قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: التوسع في الخدمات المقدمة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في إمارة أبو ظبي كماً وكيفاً وفي مراحل مبكرة من العمر واستحداث خدمات التأهيل المهني التي تتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل.
