|a مشكلة البحث : نظرا لاهمية الرضا الوظيفى الذى يمكن ان يكون سببا فى التاثير على اداء الاخصائيين الرياضين بادارات رعاية الشباب جامعة اسيوط ايجابا او سلبا . هدف البحث: يهدف البحث الى التعرف على "الواقع الفعلى للرضا الوظيفى لدى الاخصائيين الرياضيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة أسيوط " تساؤلات البحث : ما الواقع الفعلى للرضا الوظيفى لدى الاخصائيين الرياضيين بإدارات رعاية الشباب بجامعة أسيوط؟ الاستنتاجات: اكثر مظاهر الرضا الوظيفى لدى الاخصائيين الرياضيين هى الرضا عن زملاء العمل , اقل مظاهر الرضا الوظيفى لدى الاخصائيين الرياضيين هى الرضا عن الراتب. التوصيات : تقبل الافكار الجديدة والمبتكرة في مجال العمل والتخلى عن العمل الروتينى- اتاحة الفرصة لللاخصائيين ، الوعى باهمية الرضا الوظيفى داخل ادارات رعاية الشباب.
|b Research problem: Given the importance of job satisfaction, which could be a reason for affecting the performance of sports specialists in the youth care departments at Assiut University, positively or negatively. Research objective: The research aims to identify “the actual reality of job satisfaction among sports specialists in the youth care departments at Assiut University”. Research questions: What is the actual reality of job satisfaction among sports specialists in the youth care departments at Assiut University? Conclusions: There are elements of job satisfaction for sports specialists, represented by the following (general satisfaction with the content of the work, satisfaction with the promotion, satisfaction with the style of supervision, satisfaction with the salary, and satisfaction with colleagues). The most significant manifestations of job satisfaction among sports specialists are satisfaction with work colleagues, the least manifestations of satisfaction The job satisfaction of sports specialists is salary satisfaction Recommendations: Accepting new and innovative ideas in the field of work and abandoning routine work - Working to increase the rewards and incentives of specialists - Providing the opportunity for specialists to participate in decision-making and empowering them with authority - Emphasizing collective work and team spirit - Providing material and moral incentives for the distinguished specialist.
