|a يهدف البحث دراسة مدى تأثير رأس المال الفكري في التخطيط الاستراتيجي في المنظمات المصرية قياس العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري وأداء الموارد البشرية في المنظمات المصرية اختبار العلاقة بين أداء الموارد البشرية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي في المنظمات المصرية اختبار توسيط أداء الموارد البشرية في العلاقة بين رأس المال الفكري والتخطيط الاستراتيجي اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة جمع البيانات التي تمثلت في استمارة استبيان إلكترونية، يتمثل مجتمع البحث في موظفي شركة True care world Lebanon للمكملات الغذائية ومستحضرات التجميل وعددها (١٤٠٠ موظف)، والتي بلغ حجمها ۳۰۰ مفردة، واعتمدت الدراسة في تحليل البيانات على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS v26. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى قبول الفرض الرئيسي الأول والثاني والرابع جزئيا، وقبول الفرض الرئيسي الثالث كليا.
|b The research aims to study the extent of the impact of intellectual capital on strategic planning in Egyptian organizations. Measuring the relationship between intellectual capital and human resource performance in Egyptian organizations. Testing the relationship between human resources performance and strategic planning in Egyptian organizations. Testing the mediation of human resources performance in the relationship between intellectual capital and strategic planning. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach to describe the phenomenon that is the subject of the study. The study also relied on the data collection tool, which was an electronic questionnaire form. The research community represented the employees of the True Care World Lebanon Company for nutritional supplements and cosmetics, numbering (1,400 employees), which amounted to 300 individuals. The study relied on analyzing the data on the statistical package program SPSS. v26. The study concluded that the first, second, and fourth main hypotheses were partially accepted, and the third main hypothesis was completely accepted.
