يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع استثمار المواهب الرياضية في المدارس المصرية من خلال التعرف علي الإعداد المهني لمعلم التربية الرياضية وقدرته علي إدارة الفصل ومدي امتلاكه للمهارات التدريسية الفعالة، كذلك دور إدارة النشاط الرياضي المدرسي في استثمار المواهب الرياضية المدرسية، والإدارة المالية لبرنامج التربية الرياضية داخل المدارس ودورها في استثمار المواهب، التعرف علي الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتوفرة بالمدارس، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، علي عينة قوامها (۷۰) موجه وموجهه من عشر محافظات بواقع (52) موجه، و(۱۸) موجهه، وكان من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها ضعف الإدارة المالية لبرنامج التربية الرياضية المدرسي (الميزانية- التجهيزات والتسهيلات)، قلة وضعف الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتاحة، عدم اهتمام إدارة النشاط الرياضي المدرسي بوضع خطة استراتيجية واضحة لعملية استثمار المواهب الرياضية، وأوصي الباحث بضرورة تفعيل الشراكة بين الأندية الخاصة والمدارس الحكومية يساهم في تطوير البنية التحتية للمنشآت الرياضية المدرسية، توفير الموارد المالية لتنفيذ البرامج والأنشطة الرياضية يساهم في مشاركة الأفراد في الأنشطة الرياضية.
The research aims to identify the reality of investing sports talents in Egyptian schools by identifying the professional preparation of the physical education teacher and his ability to manage the classroom and the extent to which he possesses effective teaching skills, as well as the role of school sports activity management in investing school sports talents, and the financial management of the physical education program within schools. And its role in investing talents, identifying the material and human capabilities available in schools, and the researcher used the descriptive approach, On a sample of (70) Physical education instructors from ten governorates Among the most important results that were reached was the weakness of the financial management of the school physical education program (budget equipment and facilities), the lack and weakness of the available material and human resources, the lack of interest in the management of school sports activity in developing a clear strategic plan for the process of investing sports talents, and the researcher recommended the need to activate the partnership between Private clubs and government schools Contribute to the development of the infrastructure of school sports facilities.
