|a استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على أساليب الرعاية الوالدية وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى الناشئين الرياضيين، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه ( والعلاقات الارتباطية) لملائمته لتحقيق هدف البحث وطبيعة إجراءاته على عينة البحث والتي بلغت (٥٠٦) لاعباً ناشئاً، وتم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية وفقاً للتصنيفات الطبقية الخمس، بلغت عينة البحث وفقاً لمتغير الجنس المستخدمة في المعاملات العلمية (۱۰۰) لاعباً ناشئاً بنسبة (١٦,٥%) من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي ومن خارج عينة البحث الأساسية، في حين بلغ قوام عينة البحث الأساسية (٥٠٦) لاعباً ناشئاً بنسبة (٨٣,٥٠%) من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي واعتمد الباحث على قائمة ممارسات الرعاية الوالدية للرياضيين (إعداد الباحث)، قائمة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي إعداد "جو ولس Wils"( ۱۹۸۲م) تعريب "أ.د. محمد حسن علاوي"، كوسائل لجمع البيانات الخاصة بهذه الدراسة، وكان من أهم نتائجها تحديد العلاقة بين أساليب المعاملة الوالدية ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي لدى الناشئين الرياضيين وجاءت على النحو التالي: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الدرجة الكلية لقائمة ممارسات المعاملة الوالدية لدى كل من عينة الناشئين الرياضيين الإناث، والناشئين الرياضيين الذكور وعينة البحث الكلية وكل من البعد الأول " دافع إنجاز النجاح" والدرجة الكلية لقائمة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً على جميع أبعاد والدرجة الكلية لقائمة دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي وفقا لمتغير نوع الجنس ولصالح عينة الناشئين الرياضيين الذكور. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً على كل من البعد الثاني (التشجيع) ، البعد الثالث (الإرشاد والتوجيه) بقائمة ممارسات الرعاية الوالدية ولصالح عينة الناشئين الرياضيين الذكور، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً على البعد الرابع (القدوة) بقائمة ممارسات الرعاية الوالدية وفقا لمتغير نوع الجنس ولصالح عينة الإناث.
|b The study aimed Identifying parental foster methods and their relationship to accomplishment motivation for junior athletes the researcher used the descriptive approach in both ways (analytical and correlational) for its suitability to achieve the goal of the research and the nature of its procedures on the research sample, which amounted to (506) emerging players, and was chosen randomly according to the five class classifications. The research sample, according to the gender variable used in scientific transactions, reached (100) players. Emerging players, representing (16.5%) of the total original population and from outside the basic research sample, while the strength of the basic research sample was (506) emerging players, representing (83.50%) of the total original population, and the researcher relied on a list of parental care practices for athletes (prepared by the researcher), "List of accomplishment motivation," prepared by Prof. Mohamed Allawi (1982 AD), as a means of collecting data for this study, and one of its most important results was determining the percentages of parental care methods used with young athletes according to the class classification of their families, which came as follows: - One of its most important results was to determine the relationship between parental treatment methods and the level of motivation for sporting achievement among young athletes, and it came as follows: - There is a positive correlation between the total score of the list of parental treatment practices among each of the sample of female junior athletes, the male junior athletes, and the total research sample and each of the first dimension "motivation to achieve success" and the total score of the list of sports achievement motivation.
