|a تمثل الهدف الرئيسي في تحديد أثر تحسين الإنتاجية على تنمية الاستدامة البيئية، مع تحليل أثر جميع أبعاد المتغير المستقل تحسين الإنتاجية والمتمثل في (تخطيط الإنتاجية، مراقبة الإنتاجية، جودة الإنتاجية، دعم التفكير الإبداعي لزيادة الإنتاجية)، على تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وتكونت العينة من عدد (3) منظمات في قطاع الفوسفات المصري، وبعمل قائمة استقصاء للعاملين، وتمثلت العينة حسب المعادلة (145) مفردة، وعدد الاستمارات الصحيحة (127) مفردة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى حرص الإدارة على تقسيم الأنشطة وتصنيفها لخام الفوسفات أثناء القيام بالخطة الإنتاجية، وتوضح الإدارة بالخطة الإنتاجية التكاليف الملائمة لجميع الأنشطة الإنتاجية، وقيامها بتقييم منتج بناء على المواصفات والمعايير العالمية، مع ترشد استخدام الموارد الطبيعية، وتوصى الباحثة بتخصيص التكاليف للأنشطة الإنتاجية للقضاء على الهدر، خلال الخطة الإنتاجية الموضوعة، وتخفض الحد الأدنى من الأنشطة التي لا تضيف قيمة مضافة لخام الفوسفات.
|b The main objective was to determine the impact of improving productivity on the development of environmental sustainability, with analyzing the impact of all dimensions of the independent variable improving productivity, represented in (productivity planning, productivity control, productivity quality, supporting creative thinking to increase productivity), on achieving sustainable development goals. The number of (3) organizations in the Egyptian phosphate sector, and a list of surveys for workers, and the sample was represented according to the equation (145) single, and the number of correct forms (127) single. The results showed the administration's keenness to divide and classify activities for phosphate ore while carrying out the production plan, and the administration clarifies the appropriate costs for all production activities in the production plan, and evaluates a product based on international specifications and standards, with rationalization of the use of natural resources, and the researcher recommends allocating costs to production activities to eliminate waste During the established production plan, the minimum number of activities that do not add value to phosphate ore are reduced.
