|a استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على أهمية التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لمواكبة المستحدثات التكنولوجية، وذلك من أجل توظيفها في العملية التعليمية، ومواجهة التحديات التي تفرضها متغيرات العصر التكنولوجي الحديث، والتكيف مع المصطلحات الجديدة الناتجة عن ثورة المعلومات والانفجار المعرفي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي انتهى إلى عدة نتائج منها: * مواجهة عناصر المنظومة التعليمية العديد من التحديات في ظل الثورة الهائلة التي حدثت في مجال المستحدثات التكنولوجية. * توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية ودمج التقنيات الحديثة في المواقف التعليمية لتحقيق أهداف التعلم. * توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في العملية التعليمية لابد أن يتم وفق أسس وخطوات مدروسة، تبدأ بالوعي بأهمية هذه المستحدثات، وتنتهي بدمجها مع كل مكون من مكونات العملية التعليمية. تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية بشكل جيد وفعلي، لكي يتم دمجها بشكل مكمل للموقف التعليمي.
|b The current research aimed to identify the importance of electronic professional development for faculty members to keep pace with technological innovations, in order to employ them in the educational process, face the challenges imposed by the variables of the modern technological age, and adapt to new terms resulting from the information revolution and knowledge explosion, and to achieve the objectives of the research the curriculum was used The descriptive study led to several results, including: The elements of the educational system face many challenges in light of the huge revolution that took place in the field of technological innovations. * Employing technological innovations and integrating modern technologies in educational situations to achieve learning goals. * Employing technological innovations in the educational process must be done according to studied foundations and steps, starting with awareness of the importance of these innovations, and ending with integrating them with every component of the educational process. * Training faculty members to use technological innovations well and effectively, in order to integrate them in a complementary manner to the educational situation.
