|a سعى البحث الحالي إلى توضيح معوقات تفعيل الشراكة بين الوحدات الإقليمية وإدارة التعليم والتدريب المزدوج في مصر وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس النظرية والفكرية للشراكة وإدارة التعليم والتدريب المزدوج في مصر، ورصد الواقع النظري للشراكة وإدارة التعليم والتدريب المزدوج في مصر. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة بلغ قوامها (300) من (مديرين، موظفين إدارة التعليم المزدوج والوحدات الإقليمية) وتوصل البحث إلى وجود ضعف قدرة مديري الوحدات الإقليمية وإدارة التعليم والتدريب المزدوج على الاتصال الجيد داخل وخارج هذه الوحدات مما يؤثر على انخفاض كفاءتها وفاعليتها.
|b The current research sought to clarify the obstacles to activating the partnership between the regional units and the administration of dual education and training in Egypt, by identifying the theoretical and intellectual foundations of the partnership and the administration of dual education and training in Egypt, and monitoring the theoretical reality of the partnership and the administration of dual education and training in Egypt. The research relied on the descriptive approach and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (300) of (managers, employees of the dual education administration and the regional units). The research found that there was a weakness in the ability of the directors of the regional units and the dual education and training administration to communicate well inside and outside these areas. Units, which affects their efficiency and effectiveness.
