|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن البنية العاملية لمقياس الذكاء العاطفي لجولمان باستخدام كل من التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي والتكامل بين الطريقتين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتطبيق مقياس الذكاء العاطفي لجولمان على عينة مؤلفة من (۸۸۲) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين (۱۹- ۲۳) سنة، وبمتوسط عمري (19.907) سنة وانحراف معياري قدره (1.675). وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي باستخدام برنامج (SPSS V26) تمتع الاستبانة بخصائص سيكومترية مرتفعة. حيث تشبعت جميع الفقرات في جذورها الكامنة المحددة لها في التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي، وانضمت كل فقرة في عاملها حسب ما جاءت به في الاستبانة الأصلية. وأظهر التحليل العاملي التوكيدي للنموذج المدروس حذف بعض الفقرات من الاستبانة، ليستقر الحال بالاستبانة المقنن بـ٤١ فقرة من أصل ٥٠، تشكل العمود الفقري للنسخة المقننة للبيئة الكويتية. وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء تقنين لمقاييس مشابهة تخدم المجتمع البحثي الكويتي.
|b This study aimed to explore the factorial structure of the Goleman Emotional intelligence Scale using both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, integrating both approaches. To achieve this goal, the researchers administered the Goleman Emotional Intelligence Scale to a sample of 882 male and female students from the General Organization for Applied Education and Training, aged between 19 and 23 years, with a mean age of 19.907 years (SD=1.675). Exploratory factor analysis using SPSS version 26 indicated high Psychometric Properties of the questionnaire, as all items loaded significantly on their respective factors identified in exploratory factor analysis, and each item aligned with its factor as originally designed in the questionnaire . Confirmatory factor analysis further refined the model by eliminating some items, resulting in a final structured questionnaire of 41 items out of the original 50, constituting the backbone of the adapted version for the Kuwaiti context. The study recommends standardizing similar measures to benefit the Kuwaiti research community.
