|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية تطوير سياسات التعليم الثانوي الفني على ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل الإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة، حيث يتناسب هذا المنهج مع أهداف الدراسة، وذلك للتعرف على الاتجاهات الحديثة في تطوير سياسات التعليم الثانوي الفني على ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي، وقد تناولت الدراسة مفهوم السياسة التعليمية، وأهميتها، وأهدافها، وخصائصها، ومستوياتها، وواقعها في التعليم الثانوي الفني، كما تناولت الدراسة مفهوم التعليم الثانوي الفني، وأهميته، ومشكلاته، ومبررات تطويره، وأهدافه في ضوء رؤية مصر ۲۰۳۰، وأهم الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة وأوجه الاستفادة منها في تطوير التعليم الثانوي بمصر، واستكمالا للدراسة تم عرض مفهوم التحول الرقمي، وأهميته، ومتطلباته، وختاما توصلت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني على ضوء متطلبات التحول الرقمي.
|b The study aimed to identify how to develop technical secondary education policies in light of the requirements of digital transformation. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach in order to answer the questions of the study, as this approach is consistent with the objectives of the study, in order to identify modern trends in developing technical secondary education policies in light of The requirements of digital transformation. The study addressed the concept of educational policy, its importance, goals, characteristics, levels, and reality in technical secondary education. The study also addressed the concept of technical secondary education, its importance, its problems, justifications for its development, and its goals in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030, The most important contemporary global trends and ways to benefit from them in developing secondary education in Egypt. In continuation of the study, the concept of digital transformation, its importance, and its requirements were presented. Finally, the study reached a proposed vision for developing technical secondary education in light of the requirements of digital transformation.
