|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التوصل إلى متطلبات ومقترحات لتحقيق كفاءة الأداء الإداري للقيادات التعليمية بالفيوم على ضوء منظومة التدريب الرقمي. من خلال: الأسس النظرية للتدريب الرقمي بالمؤسسات التعليمية كما جاء في الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة، الإطار النظري للقيادة التعليمية والتربوية بالإدارات التعليمية في ضوء الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة، ما التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه القيادة التربوية في تحقيق الأداء الإداري المتميز في ظل منظومة التدريب الرقمي، دور التدريب الرقمي في تنمية الأداء الإداري للقيادة التعليمية، المتطلبات والمقترحات لتحقيق كفاءة الأداء الإداري للقيادات التعليمية بالفيوم وفق منظومة التدريب الرقمي. الاهتمام بالتدريب الكافي من خلال الإدارة التعليمية للمديرين، عمل منافسات سنوية لاختيار القائد المثالي على مستوى الإدارات والمدارس، توفر الإدارة التعليمية البرامج التدريبية الكافية لتطوير أداء القادة والمديرين، توفير فرص تدريبية للقيادات التربوية، وهي تدريب القادة على استخدام تكنولوجيا حديثة لتحسين مستوى أدائهم، تفعيل وحدة المعلومات بالمدرسة والإدارة التعليمية.
|b The aim of the current research is to reach requirements and proposals to achieve the efficiency of administrative performance of educational leaders in Fayoum according to the digital training system.
