المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بناء برنامج قائم على الأنشطة المتكاملة وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال ورفع مستوى الذات الإيجابية لدى عينة من أطفال الحالات الخاصة والتي تتمثل في الأطفال مرضى القلب- في حدود البحث- ومقارنة النتائج بين العينة في مصر والسعودية، وقد تحددت مشكلة البحث في: وجود قصور وسلبية مفهوم الذات لدى أطفال ذوي الحالات الخاصة نتيجة مرضهم، وحالات القلق التي تصاحبهم عند دخولهم المستشفى للعلاج والمتابعة، ويعتمد هذا البحث على كل من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في مسح الدراسات السابقة، وعرض الإطار النظري، وفي إعداد أدوات البحث، وكذلك المنهج شبه التجريبي، والتصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة في إجراء التجربة؛ مع الأخذ بأسلوب القياس القبلي والبعدي لأداء العينة، ويقتصر البحث الحالي على عينة عددها (۳۰) طفلا وطفلة من الأطفال مرضى القلب ذوي الأورام بمستشفى الناس بالقاهرة، ومركز الأميرة نورة للأورام بمستشفى الحرس الوطني بجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والتي تبلغ أعمارهم من (٥- ٦ سنوات)، قامت الباحثة بإعداد برنامج الأنشطة المتكاملة من خلال تحديد أسس بناء البرنامج المقترح القائم على الأنشطة المتكاملة، ثم تحديد أهداف البرنامج، وتحديد المحتوى المراد تدريسه، وتحديد الاستراتيجية والأساليب والأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة، وكذلك تحديد أساليب وأدوات التقويم، ولقياس فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال ورفع مستوى الذات الإيجابية لدى عينة الأطفال المرضى بالمستشفيات؛ تم بناء أدوات البحث والمعالجة التجريبية والتي تشتمل على بطاقة ملاحظة مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال للأطفال (إعداد: الباحثة)، وبطاقة ملاحظة الذات الإيجابية للأطفال (إعداد: الباحثة)، وبرنامج أنشطه متكاملة لتنمية مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال لدى الأطفال (إعداد: الباحثة)، وتم تطبيق أدواتين البحث تطبيقا قبليا على المجموعة التجريبية، ثم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح القائم على الأنشطة المتكاملة للأطفال عينة البحث، ثم إعادة تطبيق الأداتين تطبيقا بعديا، ورصد النتائج، وسوف تستخدم الباحثة أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات والوصول للنتائج، وتقديم التوصيات والمقترحات بناء على ما سوف يتم التوصل إليه من نتائج.

This research aims to build a program based on integrated activities and measure its effectiveness in developing the concepts of entrepreneurship and raising the level of positive self-esteem among a sample of children with special cases, which are children with heart disease- within the limits of the research- and comparing the results between the sample in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and the research problem has been identified. In: The presence of deficiencies and negative self-concept among children with special conditions because of their illness, and the states of anxiety that accompany them when they enter the hospital for treatment and follow-up. This research relies on both the descriptive and analytical approach in surveying previous studies, presenting the theoretical framework, and in preparing research tools, as well as the method. Quasi-experimental, one-group experimental design in conducting the experiment; Taking into account the method of pre- and post-measurement of sample performance, the current research is limited to a sample of (30) male and female children with heart disease with tumors at Al-Nas Hospital in Cairo and the Princess Noura Center for Oncology at the National Guard Hospital in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who are aged from (5-6). Years), the researcher prepared the integrated activities program by: defining the foundations for building the proposed program based on integrated activities, then defining the objectives of the program, determining the content to be taught, determining the strategy, methods, activities and educational means used, as well as identifying methods and tools for evaluation, and to measure the effectiveness of the program in Developing the concepts of entrepreneurship and raising the level of positive self-esteem among a sample of hospitalized children. Experimental research and treatment tools were built, which include: an observation card of entrepreneurship concepts for children (prepared by the researcher), a positive self-observation card for children (prepared by the researcher), and a program of integrated activities to develop entrepreneurship concepts in children (prepared by the researcher). The two research tools are preapplied to the experimental group, then the proposed program is applied based on integrated activities for the children in the research sample, then the two tools are re-applied post-test, and the results are monitored. The researcher will use statistical processing methods (SPSS) to analyze the data and reach the results, and provide recommendations and proposals based on what Results will be reached.
