المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على واقع الممارسات التربوية للمعلمة ومستوى توافرها خلال الكشف عن الإجراءات المتبعة في الأنشطة الصفية داخل قاعة النشاط وخارجها، بغرض تنمية مفاهيم التربية الدولية المختلفة كالتسامح والسلام والتعايش مع الآخر والتفاهم والتعاون المشترك والحرية المسؤولة لدى طفل الروضة وذلك في ضوء التوجهات المعاصرة التي تنادي بها كافة المؤسسات النظامية والجمعيات والمنظمات التي ترعى الطفولة محليا وإقليميا ودوليا ليس هذا فقط حيث سعى البحث أيضا إلى تقديم تصور مقترح كدليل للمعلمة عند اختيارها للأنشطة وتصميمها وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت أدوات البحث من قائمة التفقد للكشف عن المفاهيم الأكثر تحقيقا لأبعاد التربية الدولية، والأداة الأخرى استبانة في جزأين:- الأول: بيانات أولية للمتغيرات الديموغرافية التالية: المؤهل العلمي- عدد سنوات الخبرة- نوع الروضة والجزء الثاني الأساسي في مجالين الأول: ممارسات البيئة الصفية في خمس محاور والمجال الثاني: يخص التربية الدولية في أربعة محاور، وطبقت الأدوات على عينة من معلمات الروضة بلغ عددهم نحو (٣٠٦) معلمة بروضات محافظة الإسكندرية بالإدارات التعليمية المختلفة وكانت أهم نتائج البحث: ضرورة تدريب المعلمات على استخدام مهارات متقدمة عند اختيار وتصميم أنشطة مناسبة للطفل مع ضرورة تضمين مفردات ومفاهيم التربية الدولية ضمن منهج الأنشطة المتبع في برامج الطفولة من حيث المحتوى والتخطيط الجيد لها داخل بيئة الصف وخارجها مع التقويم المستمر لأداء المعلمة الذاتي لتطورها المهني والأكاديمي، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة قوية دالة عند مستوى (0.01) بمعامل ارتباط قدرة (0.659) بين مجال ممارسات البيئة الصفية ممثلة في إدارة قاعة النشاط ومجال أبعاد التربية الدولية كما تدركها معلمة الروضة يرجع إلى تأثير المؤهل العلمي حيث أظهرت المعلمات ذوات المؤهلات العليا أداء أفضل في تحقيق أهداف التربية الدولية كذلك توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في استبانة ممارسات البيئة الصفية للمعلمة تحقيقا لأهداف التربية الدولية بين نوع الروضة المختلفة، حيث تبين اتجاه الفروق لصالح الروضات الخاصة، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تم تقديم تصور مقترح من الأنشطة على مستوى التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم لاستخدامه لتحسين الممارسات الصفية حيث يتعين على المعلمة الاختيار من بينها؛ للمساعدة في تنمية مفاهيم التربية الدولية في ضوء توجهات العصر وهي تعزيز التسامح ونشر ثقافة السلام، ودعم التفاهم والتعاون المشترك وكذلك احترام الآخر للعيش معا.

The current research aimed to identify the reality of the educational practices of the teacher and the level of availability during the disclosure of the procedures followed in classroom activities inside and outside the activity hall, in order to develop the concepts of various international education such as tolerance, peace, coexistence with the other, understanding, joint cooperation and responsible freedom for the kindergarten child, in light of the contemporary trends advocated by all regular institutions, associations and organizations that care for children locally, regionally and internationally, not only that, as the research also sought to provide a proposed perception As a guide for the teacher when choosing and designing activities; To achieve this goal, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach and the research tools consisted of a checklist to reveal the concepts most achieved for the dimensions of international education, and the other tool is a questionnaire in two parts: First: Preliminary data for the following demographic variables: Academic qualification- number of years of experience- type of kindergarten and the second part The basic in two areas, the first: the practices of the classroom environment in five axes and the second area: concerns international education in four axes, and the tools were applied to a sample of kindergarten teachers, numbering about (306) teachers in kindergartens in Alexandria Governorate in the various educational administrations, and the most important results of the research were: The need to train teachers to use advanced skills when choosing And the design of appropriate activities for the child with the need to include the vocabulary and concepts of international education within the curriculum of activities followed in childhood programs in terms of content and good planning inside and outside the classroom environment with continuous evaluation of the teacher's self-performance for her professional and academic development, in addition to the existence of a strong positive correlation function at the level of (0.01) with a correlation coefficient of (0.659) between the field of classroom environment practices represented in the management of the activity hall and the field of dimensions of international education as perceived by the kindergarten teacher due to, The effect of scientific qualification where teachers with higher qualifications showed better performance in achieving the goals of international education There are also statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in identifying the practices of the classroom environment of the teacher to achieve the goals of international education between the different types of kindergarten, where the trend of differences in favor of private kindergartens was shown, and in light of these results, a proposed conception of activities was presented at the level of planning, implementation and evaluation to be used to improve classroom practices, where the teacher must choose from them; Developing the concepts of international education in the light of the trends of the times, which are the promotion of tolerance and the dissemination of a culture of peace, and the support of mutual understanding and cooperation as well as respect for others to live together.
