|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق مدخل 6 سيجما لتطوير العمليات الإدارية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني في محافظة الفيوم. من خلال الأسس النظرية والفكرية لمدخل 6 سيجما Six Sigma في ضوء الدراسات الإدارية التربوية. من حيث تعريف مدخل 6 سيجما Six Sigma. ومبادئ تطبيقها وأهميتها وخطوات ومتطلبات تطبيقها، وأهم مقومات نجاحها بالمؤسسات التعليمية. والأسس الفكرية والفلسفية للعمليات الإدارية في المؤسسات التعليمية. واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تعمل تطوير العمليات الإدارية لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني بمحافظة الفيوم من خلال متطلبات تطبيق 6 سيجما، ومن هذه المقترحات ما يلي: وضع نظام لتحفيز العاملين المساهمين في تطبيق مدخل 6 سيجما (ماديا ومعنويا)، وجود رؤية واضحة لتطبيق مدخل 6 سيجما لتطوير العمليات الإدارية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني، والعمل على إنشاء وحدات تدريبية ملحقة حول التطوير المهني لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني باستمرار. أثناء العمل، وأن تتبنى مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني 6 سيجما مدخل لتطوير العمليات الإدارية والتوسع في عقد الدورات التدريبية لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني عن 6 سيجما لإدراك مفهومها وكيفية تطبيقها.
|b The aim of the current research is to identify the requirements for applying the Six Sigma approach to developing administrative processes among principals of technical secondary education schools in Fayoum Governorate. Through the theoretical and intellectual foundations of the Six Sigma approach in light of educational administrative studies. In terms of defining the approach to Six Sigma. The principles of its application, its importance, the steps and requirements for its application, and the most important elements of its success in educational institutions. The intellectual and philosophical foundations of administrative processes in educational institutions. The current research used the descriptive approach, and a set of recommendations and proposals were presented that develop the administrative processes for principals of technical secondary education schools in Fayoum Governorate through the requirements for applying Six Sigma. Among these proposals are the following: developing a system to motivate workers contributing to the application of the Six Sigma approach (financially and morally) , Having a clear vision for implementing the Six Sigma approach to develop administrative processes in technical secondary education schools, and working to continuously create additional training units on professional development for principals of technical secondary education schools. During work, secondary technical education schools should adopt Six Sigma as an approach to developing administrative processes, and expand the holding of training courses for principals of secondary technical educations schools on Six Sigma to understand its concept and how to apply it.
