يعد مصطلح الأدب التفاعلي مصطلحا غير محدد المعالم، كما أن هناك مصطلحات أخرى تتقاطع معه في المفهوم، مثل: الأدب الإلكتروني، والتشعبي، والافتراضي... وهي تسميات - من بين أخرى - تشير إلى شكل جديد من أنواع الكتابة تبلور مع الثورة الحاسوبية، ويوظف هذا الأدب جملة من الوسائط النصية والصوتية والصورية والحركية التي تتيح تفاعل المتلقي معه بأشكال متعددة؛ قد يتحول بفضلها هذا الأخير إلى مبدع من الدرجة الأولى أو الثانية؛ مما يجعل من تحيين نظرية التلقي أمرا ضروريا، فإذا ما خصصنا القول في الأعمال الأدبية السردية تحديدا فإن الأمر يبدو أكثر تعقيدا ، لذا فإننا نحاول في هذه الورقة مناقشة هذا الموضوع بالوقوف على أهم السرديات الأدبية التفاعلية على مستوى العالم العربي، واستجلاء بعض خصائصها ومقوماتها، كما نخوض في التراكم النقدي القائم حولها، والمقاربات التي اتبعها مختلف النقاد العرب للإحاطة بها، كما نناقش السجال الذي يطرحه السرد التفاعلي بالنظر إلى راهنيته ومستقبله وقلة الدراسات حوله. من غير التغاضي عن مكونات مركزية في هذا الأدب وهي دور المتلقي الذي أثارنا كثيرا، متسائلين عن الاعتداد به في كسر جماح الأنا المبدعة خصوصا عندما نستحضر هذه الأنا في صيغتها العربية المعتدة بنفسها، ناهيك عن مدى انصهار المتلقي العربي في الثقافة الرقمية؛ تقودنا هذه الأفكار إلى استشراف أفق ومستقبل السرد التفاعلي بالبلدان العربية.
There is no literal definition of the interactive literature. In addition, there are some other terms that might be overlapping with the interactive literature such as electronic, informational, hyperlink, and virtual literatures. These types of literature are just new versions of literature that emerged due to the existence of technology and computer revolution. This sort of literature is usually introduced in forms of textual, audio, visual, motional media that can offer the reader an opportunity to variously interact and become a first or second degree creative. Therefore, it seems mandatory that the theories that promote how readers should deal with literature need to be updated. Even if we particularly spotted the narrative literature writings, the matter would seem to be much more convoluted. Thus, in this paper, we are trying to manifest this matter through discussing some of the most important interactive narrative writings all over the Arab world where the characteristics and types of these writings are targeted and spotted. In addition, we are going to refer to the tremendous criticism that interactive narrative resulted in. Moreover, we would consider the debate that interactive narrative literature arises with regard to its time being, future and rarity of studies related to it. Also, without turning a blind eye to the central components of this literature, which is the reader that highly grabbed our attention, and made us wondering how the contribution of the reader can create invisible boundaries to the writer's ego especially when it reaches its utmost. Regardless of the fusibility shown by the Arab reader when dealing with digital culture, these ideas can explicitly guide us to explore the horizons and future of the interactive narrative in the Arab countries.
