|a هدف البحث إلى اقتراح بعض الأليات لتحسين حوكمة التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، لتحقيق أهداف المؤسسات التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي، وتحقيق التنافسية بين المؤسسات من أجل الوصول إلى الجودة والتميز وكسب رضاء العملاء، وضمان البقاء والاستمرارية لهذه المؤسسات، وتولي مصر التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي اهتماما خاصا في ضوء التوجهات الوطنية التنموية ورؤية مصر 2030 والتي تتضمن تحسين حوكمة التعليم الصناعي، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وتوصل البحث إلى بعض الآليات منها: إنشاء مجلس أعلى للتعليم الفني الصناعي، الرغبة الحقيقية والصادقة في التغيير والإصلاح، شفافية اختبار القيادات الإدارية القادرة على تطبيق السياسات التعليمية الاستثمارية.
|b The research aims to propose some mechanisms to improve the governance of the three-year industrial technical secondary education in light of Egypt's vision 2030to achieve the goals of industrial technical secondary education institutions, achieve competitiveness between institutions in order to achieve quality and excellence and gain customer satisfaction, and ensure the survival and continuity of these institutions. Egypt pays special attention to industrial technical secondary education in light of the national development trends and Egypt's vision 2030, which includes improving the governance of industrial education. The research used the descriptive analytical approach and reached some mechanisms, including: establishing a higher council for industrial technical education, a real and sincere desire for change and reform, and transparency in testing administrative leaders capable of implementing educational investment policies
