|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع أداء معلمي التربية الفنية بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة البحر الأحمر، وكيفية تطوير أداء هؤلاء المعلمين، وكذلك الصعوبات التي تواجههم، ومن ثم تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتطوير أداء معلمي التربية الفنية بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة البحر الأحمر، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة كما استخدمت الدراسة استبانة تقيس واقع أداء معلمي التربية الفنية بالبحر الأحمر موجهة لبعض مديري ووكلاء الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي وموجهي لتربية الفنية بالبحر الأحمر. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: قلة توافر البرامج التدريبية لمعلمي التربية الفنية مرتبطة باستخدام الوسائل الرقمية في العملية التعليمية. ضعف التخطيط الجيد لتبني توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تدريس مادة التربية الفنية. قلة قناعة بعض معلمي التربية الفنية بأهمية استخدام الوسائل التقنية والتكنولوجية في التدريس. ضعف قناعة بعض التربويين بأهمية توفير وتوظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة في عمليتي التعليم والتعلم. مقاومة ما تطرحه التكنولوجيا من تجديدات من قبل بعض القائمين على العملية التعليمية. انخفاض توافر الدعم المالي من قبل الجهات المسؤولة لدعم تكنولوجيا التعليم. غياب وجود خطة حكومية جيدة لتبني فكرة تكنولوجيا.
|b The study aimed: To identify the reality of the performance of art education teachers in general education schools in the Red Sea Governorate, and how to develop the performance of these teachers, as well as the difficulties they face, and then present a proposed vision for developing the performance of art education teachers in general education schools in the Red Sea Governorate. The study used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of this study. The study also used a questionnaire tool that measures the reality of the performance of art education teachers in the Red Sea Governorate, directed to some directors, agents and mentors of art education for the second cycle of basic education in the Red Sea. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The lack of training programs for art education teachers related to the use of digital means in the educational process. 2- Weak good planning to adopt the use of modern technology in teaching art education. 3- The lack of conviction of some art education teachers in the importance of using technical and technological means in teaching. 4- The weak belief of some educators in the importance of providing and employing modern technology in the teaching and learning processes. 5- Resistance to the innovations introduced by technology by some of those responsible for the educational process. 6- Decrease in the availability of financial support from the responsible authorities to support educational technology. 7- The absence of a good government plan to adopt a technological idea.
