المستخلص: فلا زال علم الفقه هو العلم الذي يشغل الناس ليل نهار، وقضاياه لازالت متجددة ومتغيرة، فما من يوم ينشق صبحه إلا وتجد من يسأل ما حكم الفقه في كذا وفي كذا. وهذه الأحكام الفقهية ما هي إلا ثمرة جهد كبير وتضحيات غالية قدمها علماء الإسلام منذ جاء النبي الخاتم سيدنا محمد، وحتى يومنا هذا. فأرسوا القواعد والأسس الفقهية التي تتفرع عنها الأحكام الفقهية التي تخص حاجات الناس ومعايشهم، وقد ازداد سجل الأمة الإسلامية الحافل عبر التاريخ بكوكبة من الأئمة العظام والعلماء الأفذاذ الكرام، مثلوا عقد جيدها وتاج رأسها ودري كواكبها، كانوا في الفضل شموسا ساطعة، وفي العلم نجوما لامعة، قاموا بالإسلام وللإسلام، يحيون بكتاب الله الموتى، ويبصرون به أهل العمى، ويرشدون به من ضل منهم إلى الهدى، وكان من هؤلاء العلماء الأفذاذ الإمام محمد السايس صاحب تفسير آيات الأحكام الغني بالآراء الفقهية، مما يجعله جديرا بالعناية والدراسة، وقد تناول البحث اختيارات السايس الفقهية في فرع من فروع العبادات وهو الوضوء، حيث يعتبر السايس فقيه محدث، كان من أهل النظر والترجيح؛ فله آراؤه واختياراته المعتبرة، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مبحثين: المبحث الأول: التعريف بالإمام السايس، من حيث اسمه ومولده ونشأته، ثم تناولت في المبحث الثاني: اختيارات السايس الفقهية في الوضوء، وتناولت مسألتين من مسائل الوضوء وهما النية في الوضوء، ومسألة مسح الرأس، وقد رجح السايس بوجوب النية في الوضوء، وكذلك رجح مسح كل الرأس، ووصى البحث بتسليط الضوء على كتاب شيخنا السايس؛ وذلك من خلال اهتمام أجهزة الإعلام المسموعة كإذاعة القرآن الكريم والمرئية، وبرامج التليفزيون الدينية في القنوات الدينية.

The science of jurisprudence is still the science that occupies people day and night, and its issues are still renewed and changing. Not every day dawns without finding someone asking what the ruling of jurisprudence is on this and that. These jurisprudential rulings are nothing but the result of great effort and precious sacrifices made by Islamic scholars since the arrival of the final Prophet, our Master Muhammad, until this day. They established the jurisprudential rules and foundations from which the jurisprudential rulings related to people’s needs and livelihoods branched out. The rich record of the Islamic nation throughout history was increased by a group of great imams and distinguished and honorable scholars, who represented the necklace of its neck, the crown of its head, and the pearls of its stars. In virtue, they were shining suns, and in knowledge, shining stars. They converted to Islam and for Islam, reviving the dead with the Book of God, giving sight to the blind, and guiding those among them who strayed to guidance, and among these distinguished scholars was Imam Muhammad al-Sayis, the author of the interpretation of the verses of the rulings, which is rich in jurisprudential opinions, which makes it worthy of attention and study. The research dealt with al-Sayis’s jurisprudential choices. In one of the branches of worship, which is ablution, Al-Sayis is considered a jurist and hadith scholar, and he was one of the people of theorizing and interpretation. He has his considered opinions and choices, and I divided the research into two sections: The first topic: introducing Imam al-Sayis, in terms of his name, birth, and upbringing. Then, in the second section, I dealt with: al-Sayis’s jurisprudential choices in ablution, and I dealt with two issues of ablution, which are the intention in ablution, and the issue of wiping the head. Al-Sais suggested that the intention is obligatory in ablution, and he also favored wiping the entire head. He recommended that the research shed light on the book of our Sheikh Al- Sais; This is through the interest of audio media such as the Holy Quran Radio, video, and religious television programs on religious channels
