تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات تجويد الأداء بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بالرياض للوفاء بمتطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي من خلال الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما معوقات تجويد الأداء بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بالرياض للوفاء بمتطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي؟ ويتفرع عنه الأسئلة التالية: س 1 ما مفهوم الأداء بمدارس التعليم الثانوي؟ س 2 ما متطلبات الاعتماد المدرسي بالمرحلة الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية؟ س 3 ما مفهوم الجودة في قطاع التعليم، وما المعايير اللازمة لتحقيقها؟ وقامت الباحثة ببناء وتطوير أداة للدراسة وهي استبانة اشتملت على محاور أساسية هي: 1- حول معوقات الجودة التعليمية في التعليم العام المتعلقة بالإدارة التعليمية. 2- حول معوقات الجودة التعليمية في التعليم العام المتعلقة بالبيئة المدرسية. 3- حول معوقات الجودة التعليمية في التعليم العام المتعلقة بالمقررات الدراسية. 4- حول معوقات الجودة التعليمية في التعليم العام المتعلقة بالإدارة المدرسية. 5- حول معوقات الجودة التعليمية في التعليم العام المتعلقة بالمعلم. 6- حول معوقات الجودة التعليمية في التعليم العام المتعلقة بالطالب. 7- حول معوقات الجودة التعليمية في التعليم العام المتعلقة بعلاقة المدرسة بالمجتمع. ومن بين نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1. هناك العديد من المعوقات المتعلقة بالإدارة التعليمية، والتي تعوق تطبيق الجودة في التعليم العام أبرزها على التوالي: ضعف نظام التشجيع وحوافز العمل الفعال- عدم توفر الكوادر المؤهلة في مجال إدارة الجودة- المركزية في اتخاذ القرار- سوء استغلال الموارد المالية- نقص في إدارة المعلومات والتكنولوجيا- ضعف في ممارسة منهجية قيادة التغيير والتحول المؤسسي- عدم تفويض المسؤوليات. 2. هناك العديد من المعوقات التي تعوق تطبيق الجودة في التعليم والمتعلقة بالبيئة المدرسية أبرزها: عدم توفر ميزانية خاصة للمدرسة- ضعف الصيانة الدورية للمبنى المدرسي- عدم توفر صالة طعام مناسبة في المدرسة- عدم مراعاة الشروط الهندسية في المبنى- عدم توفر مسرح مدرسي- ضعف تجهيزات معمل العلوم- عدم توفر معمل حاسب آلي أو قاعة إنترنت. 3. هناك العديد من المعوقات المتعلقة بالمقررات الدراسية والتي تعوق تطبيق الجودة في التعليم العام ومن أبرزها على التوالي: عدم قدرة المقررات على إكساب الطلاب مهارة حل المشكلات- قلة التطبيقات العملية والمهارية – قصور المقررات في علاج مشكلات الطلاب ومتغيرات النمو- ضعف صلة المقررات بواقع الحياة- عدم ملاءمة المقررات الدراسية لسوق العمل.
The aim of this study was to investigate impediments to improving the performance of secondary education schools in Riyadh to meet the requirements of academic accreditation by answering the following key question: What obstacles to improving performance in secondary education schools in Riyadh to meet the requirements for accreditation? And fork with him the following questions: Q 1 What is the concept of performance in secondary education schools? Q 2 What are the requirements for accreditation school secondary school in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Q 3 What is the concept of quality in the education sector, and standards needed to achieve them? The researcher built and developed a tool for the study, a questionnaire that included the main axes: 1- On the obstacles to educational quality in public education related to educational administration. 2- On the obstacles to educational quality in public education related to the school environment. 3- On the obstacles to educational quality in public education related to curricula. 4- On the obstacles to educational quality in public education related to school administration. 5- On the obstacles to educational quality in public education related to the teacher. 6- On the obstacles to educational quality in public education related to the student. 7- On the obstacles to educational quality in public education related to the school's relationship with society. Among the results of the study are the following: 1. There are many obstacles related to educational administration, which hinder the application of quality in public education, most notably respectively: weak system of encouragement and incentives for effective work- lack of qualified cadres in the field of quality management- centralization in decision-making- misuse of financial resources- lack of information and technology management- weakness in the practice of the methodology of leading change and institutional transformation- lack of delegation of responsibilities. 2. There are many obstacles that hinder the application of quality in education and related to the school environment, most notably: Lack of availability of a special budget for the school- poor periodic maintenance of the school building- lack of a suitable dining hall in the school- non-observance of engineering conditions in the building- lack of a school theater- poor equipment of the science laboratory- absence of computer lab or internet room. 3. There are many obstacles related to the courses that hinder the application of quality in public education, the most prominent of which are respectively: the inability of the courses to provide students with the skill of solving problems- the lack of practical and skill applications- the lack of courses in treating students' problems and growth variables- the weak relevance of the courses to the reality of life- the inadequacy of the courses for the labor market.
