|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير إدارة التخطيط والمشروعات بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي في محافظة الفيوم على ضوء مدخل الذكاء الاستراتيجي، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، عبر تطبيق استبانة للتعرف على متطلبات تحقيق التطوير لإدارة التخطيط والمشروعات والتي تتعلق (بالإدارة المدرسية المتميزة، المعلم، جودة الخدمة التعليمية، الخريج المبدع، والمحور الثاني؛ متطلبات البيئة الخارجية، موجهة لعينة قوامها (446) فردا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من مديري؛ وكلاء؛ معلمي ومنسقي إدارة التخطيط والمشروعات بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي الفني، وكذلك أعضاء إدارة التخطيط والمشروعات ببعض الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة الفيوم، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ضرورة توافر عدة متطلبات لتطوير لإدارة التخطيط والمشروعات بمدارس التعليم الفني الصناعي بمحافظة الفيوم، قلة ثقافة العاملين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي بمفهوم الذكاء الاستراتيجي، ضعف الموارد المادية والبشرية اللازمة لتحقيق التميز بتلك المدارس.
|b The current research aimed to develop planning and project management in industrial technical secondary education schools in Fayoum Governorate in light of the strategic intelligence approach. The research relied on the descriptive method, by applying a questionnaire to identify the requirements for achieving development for planning and project management, which relate to (distinguished school management, the teacher, The quality of educational service, the creative graduate, and the second axis: the requirements of the external environment, addressed to a sample of (446) individuals who were randomly selected from principals, agents, teachers and coordinators of the planning and projects department in technical industrial secondary education schools, as well as members of the planning and projects department in some educational departments in the governorate. Fayoum, The research reached several results, the most important of which are the need to provide several requirements for the development of planning and project management in industrial technical education schools in Fayoum Governorate, the lack of culture of workers in industrial technical secondary education schools in the concept of strategic intelligence, and the weakness of the material and human resources necessary to achieve excellence in those schools.
