المستخلص: استهدفت هذه الدراسة استكشاف مدى قدرة أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي ممثلة في أداتي Ailyze وBing Chat gpt 4 في تحديد درجة تحضر تعليقات الجمهور على موقع فيس بوك مقارنة بالتحليل البشري، لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار قضية سياسية أثارت الجدل في مصر وهي قضية تعديل الدستور، ومسح تعليقات الجمهور حول أحد الأخبار المتعلقة بتلك القضية، ثم تحليل هذه التعليقات مرتين: مرة من خلال الأسلوب التقليدي اليدوي المعتمد على تصنيف النصوص إلى فئات وتحليلها طبقا لتعريفات إجرائية حددتها الباحثة، ومرة أخرى من خلال إدخال تلك النصوص لأداتي الذكاء الاصطناعي محل الدراسة، ومن ثم تم إجراء مقارنة بين النتائج التي حصلت عليها الباحثة باستخدام التحليلين وذلك بهدف الإجابة على التساؤل الخاص بما إذا كان الذكاء الاصطناعي قادرا على فهم وتصنيف وتحليل النصوص المكتوبة بالعامية المصرية بنفس كفاءة التحليل البشري، وما إذا كان قادرا على تحديد درجة التحضر في كل عبارة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي قدمت تحليلا جيدا للتعليقات، وهي نتيجة لافتة بالنظر لتعقيد كل من اللغة العربية، واللهجة العامية المصرية لاسيما في إطار خطاب يغلب عليه السخرية وعدم التحضر، لكن تظل هناك حدود لما يمكن لتلك الأدوات إنجازه، سواء في حجم النصوص التي يمكنها تحليلها أو في أسلوب التحليل أو عرض النتائج، وأنها لا يمكن أن تغني عن الدور البشري لاسيما مع وقوعها في أخطاء تتطلب المراجعة لنتائجها بواسطة الباحثين، وأنه من المتوقع أن تمثل تلك الأدوات وما يلحقها من تحديثات تطورا كبيرا في عمليات تحليل البيانات والنصوص في دراسات العلوم الاجتماعية خلال السنوات المقبلة، سواء فيما يتعلق بتحليل مضامين تفاعلات الجمهور على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أو النصوص الأدبية أو الإعلامية، وأنها إذا تم تطويرها وتلافي المعوقات التي تحدها حاليا فيمكن أن تقدم للباحثين في هذا المجال عونا كبيرا يوفر قدرا هائلا من الوقت والجهد.

The purpose of this study was to examine the capability of artificial intelligence tools, namely Ailyze and Bing Chat gpt 4, in assessing the civility level of public comments on Facebook in comparison to human analysis. The study selected a political issue that caused controversy in Egypt, which was the constitutional amendment, and gathered the audience comments on a news article related to that issue. Then, these comments were analyzed twice: first, by using the conventional manual method based on text categorization and analysis according to predefined criteria by the researcher, and second, by inputting those texts into the two artificial intelligence tools under investigation. The study then compared the results obtained by the researcher using the two methods, aiming to answer whether artificial intelligence can comprehend, classify and analyze texts written in Egyptian colloquial Arabic with the same efficiency as human analysis, and whether it can determine the civility level of each phrase. The study concluded that: Artificial intelligence tools provided a satisfactory analysis of the comments, which was an impressive outcome considering the complexity of both Arabic language and Egyptian colloquial dialect, especially in a discourse that is characterized by sarcasm and incivility. However, there are still limitations to what these tools can achieve, whether in terms of the text size they can handle or the analysis method or results presentation, and that they cannot replace the human role, especially since they make errors that require reviewing their results by researchers. The study also anticipated that these tools and their future updates will represent a significant advancement in data and text analysis processes in social science studies in the upcoming years. Whether for analyzing the content of audience interactions on social media platforms or literary or media texts, if they are improved and the obstacles that currently hinder them are overcome, they can offer great assistance to researchers in this field that saves a lot of time and effort.
