|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشكلات مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني بمحافظة أسوان وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وتم التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة مشكلات مدارس التعليم الثانوي الفني، وقد أظهرت الدراسة العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن المدارس الثانوية الفنية في مصر تعاني الكثير من المشكلات منها تدني مخرجات التعلم نتيجة لعدم قدرتها على مواكبة المستحدثات التكنولوجية ومتطلبات سوق العمل، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قامت الباحثة بوضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة بعض مشكلات المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
|b The current study aimed to identify the problems of technical secondary schools in Aswan governorate, the researcher used the descriptive method for its suitability this kind of study, A proposed vision has been reached to activate the role of school administration in facing the problems of technical secondary schools, The study reached to a lot of results, the most important of it: Technical secondary schools in Egypt suffer from lots problems, as weakness of learning outcomes as a result of their inability to keep pace with technological innovations and the requirements of the labor market, In light of these results, the researcher developed a proposed vision to activate the role of the school administration in facing some problems of technical secondary schools.
