|a استهدف البحث معرفة درجة معوقات استخدام المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في جامعة أسوان من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة، ومن ثم تم وضع مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة للحد من المعوقات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة أثناء استخدام تلك المنصات. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي للوقوف على معوقات استخدام المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في جامعة أسوان ومن ثم وضع آليات مقترحة للحد من تلك المعوقات، واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة من أدوات البحث العلمي بهدف التعرف على آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة حول درجة معوقات استخدام تلك المنصات في جامعة أسوان، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (۱۲۱) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بجامعة أسوان بنسبة 10% تقريبا من المجتمع الأصلي، وتوصل البحث إلى أن درجة هذه المعوقات كبيرة جدا سواء فيما يتعلق بالمعوقات الإدارية المادية أو المعوقات الفنية التقنية أو المعوقات البشرية.
|b The research aimed to know the degree of obstacles to the use of electronic educational platforms at Aswan University from the point of view of faculty members and the supporting body, and then a set of proposals was developed that could guide Aswan University to reduce the obstacles facing the faculty and the assistant staff while using electronic educational platforms. The research used the descriptive approach to identify the obstacles to the use of electronic educational platforms at Aswan University, and then developed proposed mechanisms to reduce these obstacles. Aswan University Where it was applied to a sample of (121) faculty members and the supporting staff at Aswan University, at a rate of approximately 10% of the original community, and the research concluded that the degree of these obstacles is very large, whether with regard to administrative, material, technical, or human obstacles.
