المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعريف بروبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT ومراحل تطوره وأهميته في البيئة التعليمية الأكاديمية، ومعرفة مدى وعي طلاب قسم المكتبات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بقنا ب Chat GPT، كما هدفت إلى دراسة الواقع الفعلي لاستخدام الروبوت، مع أهمية بيان أسباب عدم الاستخدام من قبل بعض الطلاب، بالإضافة إلى معرفة آليات الإفادة من روبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT من قبل طلاب قسم المكتبات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بقنا، فضلا عن تحديد الإيجابيات التي يتمتع بها روبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT من وجهة نظر الطلاب، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه الطلاب عند استخدام روبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT وأخيرا عرض مجموعة من المقترحات نحو تطوير استخدام روبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT من قبل طلاب قسم المكتبات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات لتلبية احتياجاتهم، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي بطبيعته الوصفية التحليلية، كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسة لأدوات البحث والدراسة. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: ارتفاع نسبة استجابة الإناث من الطلاب في عينة الدراسة، واحتلت "الفرقة الرابعة" المرتبة الأولى وفقا للمشاركة بموضوع الدراسة، حيث جاء عدد طلاب الفرقة الرابعة 75 طالب، وذلك يشكل نسبة مئوية قدرها 41٪ من إجمالي عينة الدراسة، وجاءت أعداد الطلاب بعينة الدراسة الذين لديهم وعي ومعرفة بروبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT بلغ عددهم 92 طالب، حيث بلغت هذه النسبة 50.3٪ من إجمالي عينة الدراسة بالقسم، وتبين أن النسبة الأعلى من الطلاب لم يستخدموا روبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT، حيث بلغ عددهم 125 طالب، بنسبة مئوية قدرها 68.3٪ من إجمالي عينة الدراسة، كما جاء "الاعتماد على الأساليب التقليدية" في المرتبة الأولى من أسباب عدم استخدام روبوت الدردشة الذكية Chat GPT لدى عينة الدراسة، حيث بلغ عددهم 25 طالب بنسبة 20٪ من إجمالي عينة الدراسة.

The study aimed to introduce the smart chat robot, Chat GPT, the stages of its development and its importance in the academic educational environment, and to know the extent of awareness of the students of the Department of Libraries and Information Technology in Qena about Chat GPT. It also aimed to study the actual reality of using the robot, with the importance of explaining the reasons for non-use by students, in addition to To know the mechanisms for benefiting from the smart chat robot, Chat GPT, by students of the Department of Libraries and Information Technology in Qena, as well as identifying the positive aspects of the smart chat robot, Chat GPT, from the students’ point of view, and identifying the difficulties/challenges that students face when using the smart chat robot, Chat GPT. Finally, he presented a set of proposals towards developing the use of the smart chat robot Chat GPT by students of the Department of Libraries and Information Technology to meet their needs. The study relied on the survey method in its descriptive and analytical nature, and the questionnaire was also relied upon as the main tool for research and study tools. The study concluded with a set of results, including: a high response rate of female students in the study sample, and the “fourth year” ranked first according to participation in the subject of the study, as the number of fourth year students was 75 students, which constitutes a percentage of 41% of the total study sample. The number of students in the study sample who had awareness and knowledge of the smart chat robot, Chat GPT, amounted to 92 students, which amounted to 50.3% of the total study sample in the department. It was found that the highest percentage of students did not use the smart chat robot, Chat GPT, as their number reached 125. Students, with a percentage of 68.3% of the total study sample, and “reliance on traditional methods” came in first place, as the study sample who considered this as a reason for not using the smart chat robot (Chat GPT) through it amounted to 25 students, with a percentage of (20%) of the total The study sample.
