|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس اليقظة العقلية لدي تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، وللتحقق من ذلك تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة قوامها ۲۱۸ تلميذا وتلميذة من تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي، وقد تم التأكد من كفاءة المقياس بحساب الاتساق الداخلي وذلك بحساب معاملات الارتباط بين درجة كل بعد من أبعاد المقياس والدرجة الكلية للمقياس بطريقة معامل ارتباط بيرسون وتراوحت قيم معاملات الارتباط ما بين (0.672- 0.857)، وحساب صدق المقياس من خلال صدق المحكمين حيث تم عرض المقياس في صورته الأولية على ستة من أساتذة التربية وعلم النفس التربوي والصحة النفسية وكان المقياس مكون من (٤٦) عبارة، تم تعديل ستة عبارات وحذف عبارتين التي أشار إليها السادة المحكمين وبالتالي أصبح المقياس في صورته النهائية (٤٤) عبارة، وصدق التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي الذي أسفر عن استخراج ثلاثة عوامل وهي (بعد الملاحظة، وبعد التمييز اليقظ، وبعد التصرف بوعي)، وللتأكد من ثبات المقياس تم حساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ وتراوحت قيم معاملات ألفا لأبعاد المقياس ما بين (0.427- 0.715) بثبات كلي (0.726) والذي أظهر معاملا ثباتا عاليا للمقياس.
|b The aim of the present research to study The Psychometric properties of Mindfulness among Preparatory School Students, to verify this, the scale was applied to a sample of (218) male and female students from the second year of Preparatory School. the validity of the scale was confirmed through internal consistency validity by calculating the correlation coefficients between the degree of each dimension of the scale and the total degree of the scale, the correlation coefficients ranged between(.672-.857),and Interrater agreement, the Scale was Presented in its initial form to six professors of educational psychology and mental health, the scale consisted of(46) phrases, six phrases were modified and two phrases were delete, and thus the scale become in its final form (44) phrases, the exploratory factor analysis that resulted in the extraction of three factors they (observation, Alertness to Distinction, awareness),and to ensure the reliability of the scale It was account cronbach's alpha the values of alpha coefficients for dimension of the scale ranged between(.427-.715) with total stability(.726) which showed a high stability coefficient of the scale.
