|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس التمكين النفسي لدى عينة من معلمي المرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة قنا وذلك من خلال عينة قوامها ۲۰۰ معلم بمختلف المدارس في محافظة قنا، وتم استخدام أسلوب التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي لاختبار البنية العاملية، والذي نتج عنه أربعة أبعاد للمقياس وهي المعنى، الاستقلالية، الكفاءة، التأثير، وتم حساب الصدق باستخدام أسلوب صدق المحتوي، والصدق العاملي وذلك للتأكد من صلاحية المقياس، وكما تم التحقق من ثبات المقياس، بحساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ، حيث بلغت قيمة ألفا كرونباخ لبعد المعنى (٠,٨٢٦)، ولبعد الاستقلالية (۰,۷۱)، ولبعد الكفاءة (٠,٧٩٤)، ولبعد التأثير (۰,۷۸۳).
|b The current study aims to verify the psychometric properties of the psychological empowerment scale of a sample of preparatory stage teachers in Qena Governorate, through a sample of 200 teachers in various schools in Qena Governorate, and the exploratory factor analysis method was used to test the factorial structure, which resulted in four dimensions of the scale, meaning, independence, efficiency, impact, and the validity was calculated using the content validity method, and the factor validity in order to ensure the validity of the scale, and the stability of the scale was also verified by calculating the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, where the value of Cronbach's alpha for the meaning dimension was (0.826), and for the dimension independence (0.71), efficiency dimension (0.794), and impact dimension (0.783).
