سعى البحث الراهن إلى التعرف على دور الذكاء الاصطناعي كفاعل في القضية الفلسطينية بعد أحداث السابع من أكتوبر 2023. وقد اعتمد البحث على الأسلوب الوصفي لدراسة فاعلية وتأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي في القضية الفلسطينية. وحاول البحث الوقوف على ردود أفعال تطبيقات وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي مستندًا على أداة المقابلة الإلكترونية مع تطبيق شات جي بي تي Chat GPT4 وتطبيق جيميناي Gemini وتطبيق كوبايلوت Copilot. كشفت نتائج البحث عن دور الذكاء الاصطناعي كفاعل عسكري من خلال استخدام الجيش الإسرائيلي أنظمة قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحديد أهداف ضرباتها الجوية على غزة وتحديد أولوياتها الدفاعية، بالإضافة إلى استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مراقبة وتتبع وتعقب الفلسطينيين مما يسفر غالبًا عن انتهاكات حقوقية مثل تقنيات التعرف على الوجوه المستخدمة في الحواجز العسكرية. كما اتضح دور الذكاء الاصطناعي كفاعل دولي حيث أثار استخدام إسرائيل للأسلحة المعززة بالذكاء الاصطناعي تساؤلات أخلاقية عن قدرة التكنولوجيا على تسهيل العنف وانتهاك حقوق الإنسان. أوضحت نتائج البحث دور الذكاء الاصطناعي كفاعل اجتماعي (فاعل داعم متضامن مع القضية الفلسطينية - فاعل تعبؤي مستقطب للرأي العام) من خلال استخدام تقنية التزييف العميق وانتشار المواد المزيفة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. كما أتضح دور الذكاء الاصطناعي كفاعل معرفي حيث تأثير استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في توليد المحتوى المضلل وشفافية عملية إدارة المحتوى المعززة بالذكاء الاصطناعي التي تهدّد المحتوى الفلسطيني والتي باتت تعتمدها منصات ميتا ولينكد إن وتيك توك. بناء على ما كشفت عنه نتائج البحث من فواعل الذكاء الاصطناعي (فاعل عسكري، دولي، اجتماعي، معرفي) نستنتج أن الذكاء الاصطناعي هو فاعل مادي في أحداث حرب غزة 2023 بينما الجيش الإسرائيلي هو الفاعل المعنوي الحقيقي وراء جرائم هذه الحرب. The current research sought to identify the role of artificial intelligence as an actor in the Palestinian issue after the events of October 7, 2023. The research relied on the descriptive method to study the effectiveness and impact of artificial intelligence in the Palestinian issue. The research attempted to determine the reactions of artificial intelligence applications and tools, based on the electronic interview tool with Chat GPT 4, Gemini and Copilot. The results of the research revealed the role of artificial intelligence as a military actor through the Israeli army's use of artificial intelligence-based systems to determine the targets of its air strikes on Gaza and determine its defense priorities, in addition to the use of artificial intelligence techniques to monitor, track and trace the Palestinians, which often results in human rights violations such as recognition techniques. The role of artificial intelligence as an international actor has also become clear, as Israel's use of artificial intelligence-enhanced weapons has raised ethical questions about the technology's ability to facilitate violence and human rights violations. The results of the research demonstrated the role of artificial intelligence as a social actor (a supportive actor in solidarity with the Palestinian cause - a mobilizing actor that polarizes public opinion) through the use of deep fake technology and the spread of fake materials on social networking sites. The role of artificial intelligence as a cognitive actor has also become clear, as the impact of the use of artificial intelligence in generating misleading content and the transparency of the content management process enhanced by artificial intelligence, which threatens Palestinian content, and which has now been adopted by the Meta, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok platforms. Based on what the research results revealed regarding the actors of artificial intelligence (military, international, social, and cognitive actors), we conclude that artificial intelligence is a material actor in the events of the 2023 Gaza War, while the Israeli army is the real moral actor behind the crimes of this war. |
