Current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of mobile learning on developing cognitive aspects of editing and publishing Internet television content among university youth. The researcher used the quasi-experimental design, and the research tool is the achievement test of the cognitive aspects of editing and publishing Internet television content. The research sample consisted of (30) male and female students from the Department of Educational Media, Faculty of Specific Education, Minia University students. The most important results were: There is a statistically significant difference at the level of ≤ (0.05) between the mean of students’ scores in the pre-and post-measurements of the achievement test of the cognitive aspects of editing and publishing Internet television content, and there is no statistically significant difference at the level of ≤ (0.05) between the mean of students’ scores in post-measurement of the achievement test of the cognitive aspects of editing and publishing Internet television content attributed to the gender variable (male/female).
