|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحولات التي أحدثتها الثورتين الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة في مجال التعليم والكفايات التي ينبغي أن يمتلكها الطفل المصري ومعلمه في ظل هذه المتطلبات، ثم تطرقت الدراسة إلى إعادة النظر في مفهوم نظرية رأس المال البشري في ضوء الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة وتم إجراء دراسة مقارنة لمبادرات دولتي الامارات والهند في تطوير سياساتها التعليمية لتحقيق متطلبات التعليم في ظل عصر الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة ثم التعرف على واقع تكوين الطفل المصري ومعلمه. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المقارن وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير السياسات التعليمية لتكوين الطفل المصري ومعلمه في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة.
|b The study aimed to identify the transformations that have been initiated by the Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolutions in the field of education and the competencies that the Egyptian child and his teacher should possess considering these requirements. Then the study reviewed the concept of human capital theory in the light of the Fifth Industrial Revolution. A comparative study was conducted of the initiatives of the Emirates and India in developing their educational policies to achieve the requirements of education in the era of the fourth & Fifth Industrial Revolution, and then identifying the reality of the formation of the Egyptian child and his teacher. The study relied on the comparative approach and reached a set of proposed procedures for the development of educational policies for the formation of the Egyptian child and his teacher in the light of the study variables.
