|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء نموذج للعلاقات السببية بين استراتيجيات المواجهة والضيق النفسي والتكيف الاجتماعي ومستويات التوتر المتصورة لدى أمهات أطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والتحقق من ملائمة هذا النموذج لبيانات عينة البحث، وذلك على عينة من أمهات أطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، يتمثل عددهن ۱۸۰ من أمهات أطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمتوسط عمري (۳۲٫۸) سنة وانحراف معياري (۱,۲)، وقد تم تطبيق الأدوات التالية: مقياس استراتيجيات المواجهة إعداد/ الباحثتان، مقياس الضيق النفسي إعداد/ الباحثتان، مقياس التكيف الاجتماعي إعداد/ الباحثتان، مقياس مستويات التوتر المتصورة إعداد/ الباحثتان، كما تم استخدام تحليل المسار للتحقق من صحة الفروض؛ وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث الحالي عن ملائمة النموذج المقترح لطبيعة بيانات عينة البحث، وكذلك وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا لاستراتيجيات المواجهة ببعديها الفرعيين في التكيف الاجتماعي. وأيضا وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا لاستراتيجيات المواجهة ببعديها الفرعيين في الضيق النفسي ومستويات التوتر المتصورة بأبعاده الفرعية. وكذلك وجود تأثير مباشر دال إحصائيا للتكيف الاجتماعي في الضيق النفسي ومستويات التوتر المتصورة بأبعاده الفرعية. بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير توسطي "غير مباشر" دال إحصائيا لاستراتيجيات المواجهة بأبعادها الفرعية في الضيق النفسي ومستويات التوتر المتصورة بأبعاده الفرعية وذلك من خلال تأثيرها في التكيف الاجتماعي. وفسرت النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة.
|b The aim of the current research is to build a model of the causal relationships between coping strategies, psychological distress, social adaptation, and perceived levels of stress among mothers of children with special needs, and to verify the suitability of this model to the data of the research sample, on a sample of mothers of children with special needs, numbering (180). For children with special needs, with an average age of one year and a standard deviation, the following tools were applied: Coping Strategies Scale prepared by the two researchers, Psychological Distress Scale prepared by the two researchers, Social Adjustment Scale prepared by the two researchers, Perceived Stress Levels Scale prepared by the two researchers. Path analysis was also used to verify the validity of the hypotheses. The results of the current research resulted in the suitability of the proposed model to the nature of the research sample data, as well as the presence of a statistically significant direct effect of coping strategies and their sub-dimensions on social adaptation. There is also a statistically significant direct effect of coping strategies with their sub-dimensions on Psychological Distress and levels of perceived stress with its sub-dimensions. There is also a statistically significant direct effect of social adjustment on psychological distress and levels of perceived stress in its sub-dimensions. In addition to the presence of a statistically significant "indirect" mediating effect of coping strategies with their sub-dimensions on psychological distress and levels of perceived stress with its sub-dimensions, through their effect on social adjustment. The results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies.
