|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية بمدارس التعليم المجتمعي بمحافظة سوهاج. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة (۲۰۰) من معلمي ووكلاء ومعلمات مدارس التعليم المجتمعي بمحافظة سوهاج. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود عدد من المعوقات والتي تتمثل في جمود التشريعات واللوائح للتوصيف الوظيفي للهيكل الإداري، وقلة الاهتمام بان شاء قاعدة بيانات إلكترونية متكاملة ودقيقة التخطيط للموارد البشرية وضعف تفعيل الموقع الإلكتروني بالهيئة العامة بمدارس التعليم المجتمعي، وضعف الرواتب والمكافآت للمعلمين ولكافة العاملين المدارس التعليم المجتمعي، وظهور الثقافة السلبية لدى قادة التعليم المجتمعي. لذا اقترحت الدراسة عد من التوصيات لتعزيز ممارسة أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية بمدارس التعليم المجتمعي بمحافظة سوهاج.
|b The study aimed to develop a concept to achieve organizational health in community education schools in the light of servant leadership, and to achieve this goal, the study relied on the descriptive curriculum, and used a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (200) teachers, agents and teachers of community education schools in Sohag governorate. The study found that there are a number of obstacles, which are the rigidity of the legislations and regulations establishing the job description of the administrative structure, the lack of interest in creating an integrated and accurate electronic database of human resources planning, the weak activation of the website of the public authority for community education schools, poor salaries and bonuses for teachers and all employees of community education schools, and the emergence of a negative culture among community education leaders. Therefore, the study proposed a proposed scenario to address these constraints by using the servant leadership approach to achieve organizational health in community education schools.
