|a إن التحولات العميقة التي يشهدها مجتمعنا على الصعيد الاقتصادي أو السياسي أو الثقافي يجعل تطوير أنظمتنا التربوية والتعليمية أمرا ضروريا، للاستجابة لانشغالات المجتمع ومطالبه من جهة، والمتطلبات التطوير والتحيين من جهة أخرى، وهذا ما ظهر جليا في الإصلاحات الأخيرة وفي ورقتنا البحثية. حيث ازدادت أهمية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في العقود الأخيرة، وأصبحت تمارس الدور الرئيس في عملية تدريس كل التلاميذ سواء كانوا من ذوي القدرات الخاصة أم غيرهم من التلاميذ العاديين، حيث تساعد تكنولوجيا التعليم التلاميذ على التغلب على كثير من العقبات، كما أنها تيسر عملية تواصلهم الاجتماعي وترفع من قدراتهم على استيعاب وتطبيق مهارات الحياة اليومية.
