المستخلص: تعد الأسرة أولى المؤسسات الاجتماعية للطفل ذي الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث توفر له الرعاية الأسرية المتمثلة في الكيان الأسري والرعاية الشاملة خاصة في مرحلة الطفولة، وهي مرحلة البناء النفسي واكتشاف الحالة، هذه الأخيرة والتي تعد البداية لسلسة من الضغوط والجهود والمحاولات والسعي الحثيث لتوفير أفضل فرص ممكنة للطفل، إلا أن المعلومات عن الإعاقة وطرق المساعدة قليلة جدا، إضافة لذلك فإن الأهل عند اكتشاف الحالة يكونون في وضعية اصطدام وغير قادرين على التفكير السليم، لذا فانهم بحاجة لمن يدلهم على الطرق التي يمكنهم استخدامها لمساعدة ابنهم وعدم الاعتماد على جهودهم الفردية في البحث.

It is recognized by that corruption is one of the main obstacles achieving peace stability and sustainable development and this is because of the threat posed in the face of the stability of societies given the consequent lack of confidence in institutions and the law and resulting from emptying all the reform plans and the development of Their content as a result of the decline of the rule of law. Despite the controversy over the nature of the judicial function and whether it is a therapeutic or preventive function or both, it is certain that the role of the judiciary in the fight against corruption crimes remains important and ranges from the therapeutic role of private deterrence through accountability, punishment and recovery of funds, to the preventive role of General Deterrence.
