المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف واقع الخدمات المقدمة للأفراد ذوي الإعاقات في مؤسسات التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت كما يدركها المعلمون ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير استبيان الخدمات المقدمة للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة وله أربعة أبعاد فرعية خدمات الأنشطة الاجتماعية والترويحية، (خدمات الرعاية التأهيلية، وخدمات الإرشاد الأسري، خدمات الرعاية المؤسسية الكاملة)، وتم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (۱۲۰) معلمًا ومعلمة من العاملين في الجهات المتخصصة بذوي الإعاقة وهي التوحد، الإعاقة العقلية، صعوبات التعلم، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة واقع الخدمات المقدمة للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة جاء ككل بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت درجة الخدمات لذوي الإعاقة العقلية بدرجة مرتفعة ولذوي صعوبات التعلم والتوحد بدرجة متوسطة؛ حيث جاء بعد خدمات الرعاية المؤسسية الكاملة بالرتبة الأولى بدرجة مرتفعة، ثم خدمات الرعاية التأهيلية والأنشطة الاجتماعية والترويحية، وجاء أخيرًا بعد خدمات الإرشاد الأسري، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في واقع الخدمات المقدمة للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة تبعا لنوع الإعاقة ولصالح ذوي الإعاقة العقلية، وعدم وجود فروق تبعا للنوع. وأوصي البحث بدراسة واقع الخدمات على جميع فئات الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة في دولة الكويت.

The study aimed to identify the reality of services provided to individuals with disabilities in special education institutions in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the goal of the study, a measure of services provided to individuals with disabilities was developed and has four sub-dimensions (social and recreational activities services, rehabilitative care services, and Family counseling services). It was applied to a sample of (120) male and female teachers working in agencies specializing in people with disabilities (autism, mental disability, learning difficulties). The results showed that the degree of reality of services provided to individuals with disabilities as a whole was moderate, the degree of services for people with mental disabilities was high, and those with learning difficulties and autism were moderate. The dimension of full institutional care services ranked first with a high degree, followed by rehabilitative care services and social and recreational activities, and finally came the dimension of family counseling services. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the reality of services provided to individuals with disabilities according to the type of disability and in favor of people with mental disabilities. There are no differences according to gender. The study recommended examining the reality of services for all categories of individuals with disabilities in the State of Kuwait.
