المستخلص: الترجمة نظام دقيق يحتاج ممن يخوضه أن يكون ملما باللغة المصدر واللغة الهدف إلماما جيدا، وأن يكون على دراية كبيرة بأبعادها الثقافية وتحظى ترجمة النصوص الدينية بأهمية كبيرة نظرا لقداسة النص الديني لبلاغته ودقة دلالته. ويعد الحديث النبوي الشريف من النصوص الدينية ذات الأهمية الكبيرة التي ترجمت إلى عدة لغات، ومنها ترجمته إلى اللغة الفارسية التي قام بها عبد العلي نور أحراري. وترجع أسباب اختيار الموضوع إلى ارتباطه بأحد مصادر الشريعة الإسلامية وهو السنة النبوية، حيث تحتاج ترجمة معانيها للغة الفارسية إلى دقة كبيرة. ويهدف البحث إلى التعرف على السمات العامة لترجمة الأحاديث النبوية موضع الدراسة والإشكاليات التي واجهت المترجم عند نقل معانيها إلى اللغة الفارسية. ويعتمد البحث على عدة المناهج: الوصفي والتحليلي والنقدي، والتي يتم من خلالها الوقوف على السمات العامة لترجمة أحاديث كتاب العلم بصحيح البخاري إلى اللغة الفارسية وإشكالياتها. وسيعالج هذا البحث النقاط التالية: أولا: ترجمة النصوص الدينية إلى اللغات الأجنبية. ثانيا: إشكالية ترجمة عبد العلي نور أحراري لأحاديث كتاب العلم بصحيح البخاري إلى اللغة الفارسية. وينتهي البحث بخاتمة تتضمن أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته.

A precise translation system requires a person who is well versed in the source language and the target language, and who has a great knowledge of cultural aspects, and the translation of religious texts is of great importance in terms of the quality of the religious text, its eloquence, and the accuracy of its meaning. And the Hadith of the Prophet is considered one of the most important religious texts, which has been translated into several languages, including its translation into the Persian language by Abd al-Ali Noor Ahrari. And the reasons for choosing the topic are related to one of the sources of Islamic law and the prophetic Sunnah, where the translation of the meanings into the Persian language requires great accuracy. The aim of the research is to identify the general characteristics of the translation of the hadiths of the Prophet in the study area and the problems faced by the translator when transferring the meanings to the Persian language. The research is based on several methods: descriptive, analytical, and critical, in which I will focus on the general features of translating the hadiths of the Book of Science in Sahih al-Bukhari into the Persian language and its problems. And the solution to this search is the following points. First: Translation of religious texts to foreign languages. Second: The problem of translating Abd al-Ali Noor Ahrari's hadiths from the book of knowledge of Al-Bukhari's Sahih to the Persian language. And the research ends with the conclusion including the most important research results and recommendations.
