|a هدف البحث إلى تحديد مستوى توفر أبعاد التوافق المهني لدى معلمات مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة، وبيان وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05)، بين متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث حول مستوى التوافق المهني لدى معلمات مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة، تُعزى لمتغيرات المرحلة الدراسية، وسنوات الخبرة، ونوع المبنى المدرسي، وعدد الطالبات داخل المدرسة ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت البحث المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات حيث طبقت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (٥٤٠) معلمة من المدارس الحكومية للبنات التابعة لإدارة تعليم المدينة المنورة. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن مستوى توفر أبعاد التوافق المهني لدى معلمات مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) ، بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول مستوى التوافق المهني للمعلمات تعزى إلى متغيّري: المرحلة الدراسية وسنوات الخبرة، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) ، بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول مستوى التوافق المهني للمعلمات وفق متغير نوع المبنى المدرسي؛ لصالح المباني الحكومية، ووفق متغير عدد الطالبات في المدرسة؛ لصالح المجموعة (أكثر من ٦٠٠ طالبة).
|b The research aimed to determine the level of availability of the dimensions of professional alignment among teachers of public education schools in Medina, and to demonstrate the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the research sample’s responses regarding the level of professional alignment among teachers of public education schools in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, which is attributed to Variables: academic level, years of experience, type of school building, and number of female students within the school. To achieve this, the research adopted a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire to collect information. The questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (540) teachers from government schools for girls affiliated with the Medina Education Department. The results of the research concluded that: The level of availability of the dimensions of professional alignment among female teachers of public education schools in Medina was at a high level, and that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the research sample members regarding the level of professional alignment for female teachers due to the two variables: Educational stage and years of experience, while there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the responses of the research sample members regarding the level of professional alignment of teachers according to the variable type of school building; For the benefit of government buildings, and according to the variable number of female students in the school; For the benefit of the group (more than 600 female students).
