| 520 | |b This study aimed to identify the degree of psychological stress in parents of autistic children and its relationship with some demographic variables. The researcher adopted a descriptive approach as the most appropriate approach for this type of study, using a tool represented in the Parental Stress Questionnaire (P.S.Q) developed by Feinstein et al. (1993) to measure the index of perceived stress. The study sample consisted of 60 fathers and mothers of autistic children who were present in the psychological and educational centers of the states of Setif, Bordj Bou Arreridj, and Constantine. The results of the study showed that there is a difference in the level of psychological stress in parents of autistic children. | ||
