المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى توافر المعايير العلمية في اختبار تحديد المستوى اللغوي للناطقين بغير اللغة العربية في ضوء تصنيف (bloom)؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، وكانت أداة الدراسة بطاقة أعدها الباحث؛ لتحليل محتوى هذا الاختبار بوصفها أداته الرئيسة. وبعد التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها طبقها الباحث على عينة تكونت من ست اختبارات أجريت في الأعوام الثلاثة الأخيرة في أحد معاهد تعليم اللغة العربية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وبعد تحليل البيانات أظهرت النتائج توافر المعايير [7، 6، 5، 3، 1] في اختبار تحديد المستوى اللغوي بنسب كبيرة، وتوافر المعايير [8، 4، 2] بنسب صغيرة، وأقل من المعيار الموضوع في الدراسة [10%]، وأن الاختبار يقيس مستويات التذكر، والفهم والتطبيق فقط، ولا يقيس المستويات العليا المتمثلة في التحليل والتركيب، والتقويم، وأنه يفتقر إلى مواصفات الصدق والثبات والموضوعية، ولم يتحقق من درجة صعوبته وسهولته وتميز فقراته. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحسين هذا الاختبار؛ ليقيس جميع المستويات المعرفية، ومراجعة محتواه اللغوي والعلمي؛ ليتوافق مع معايير إعداد الاختبارات الحديثة وشروطها، وكذلك أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم ممن يكلفون بإعداد الاختبارات اللغوية المختلفة.

The study aimed to reveal the availability of scientific standards in testing the linguistic level of non-Arabic speakers in light of the (bloom) divisions. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the study tool was a card prepared by the researcher to analyze the content of this test as its main tool. After verifying the validity and stability of the tool, the researcher applied it to a sample consisting of six tests conducted in the last three years in one of the Arabic language teaching institutes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After analyzing the data, the results showed the availability of standards [1, 3, 5, 6, 7] in the identification test. The linguistic level is in large proportions, and the availability of standards [2, 4, 8] is in small proportions, and less than the standard set in the study [10%] and that the test measures the levels (remembering, understanding, and application) only, and does not measure the higher levels of analysis and synthesis, and evaluation, and that it lacks the specifications of honesty, consistency, and objectivity, and the degree of its difficulty, ease, and distinctiveness of its paragraphs have not been verified. In light of these results, the study recommended the need to improve this test. To measure all cognitive levels, and review its linguistic and scientific content; To comply with the standards and conditions for preparing modern tests, the study also recommended the necessity of holding training courses for faculty members and those in their position charged with preparing various linguistic tests.
