المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة الارتباطية بين المهارات الاجتماعية والتوافق النفسي، بالإضافة إلى اختبار الفروق في المهارات الاجتماعية والتوافق النفسي وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس وحلقة التعليم الأساسي والصف الدراسي وعدد الإعاقات السمعية في الأسرة. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، استخدم مقياسا المهارات الاجتماعية من إعداد أبو منصور (2011)، ومقياس التوافق النفسي من إعداد كباجة (2011). تألفت العينة من (56) تلميذاً وتلميذة من تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الأساسي من ذوي الإعاقة السمعية في معهد الأمل في مدينة دمشق. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : كان مستوى المهارات الاجتماعية والتوافق النفسي بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود ارتباط موجب ومتوسط ودال بين المهارات الاجتماعية والتوافق النفسي لدى أفراد عينة البحث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أداء أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية والتوافق النفسي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أداء أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية والتوافق النفسي تبعاً لمتغير حلقة التعليم الأساسي، لصالح تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أداء أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية ومقياس التوافق النفسي تبعاً لمتغير الصف الدراسي، لصالح تلاميذ الصف الثامن، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أداء أفراد عينة البحث في المهارات الاجتماعية وفي التوافق النفسي تبعاً لمتغير عدد الإعاقات السمعية بالأسرة.

This research aims at studying the correlation relationship between social skills and psychological compatibility, as well as to test the differences in social skills and psychological compatibility according to the variables of gender, the basic education cycle, the pupils’ grade, and the number of hearing disabilities in the family. To achieve these goals, the social skills scale prepared by Abu Manssour (2011), and the psychological compatibility scale prepared by Kabajeh (2011) were used. The sample consisted of (56) male and female students of basic education level with hearing disabilities. The concluded results are: 1. The level of social skills and psychological compatibility among the members of the research sample was at a medium degree. 2. There is a medium, positive correlation between social skills and psychological compatibility among the members of the research sample. 3. There are no statistically significant differences between the performance averages of the research sample members on the social skills scale according to the gender variable. 4. There are no statistically significant differences between the performance averages of the research sample members on the psychological compatibility scale according to the gender variable. 5. There are statistically significant differences between the performance averages of the research sample members on the social skills scale, according to the variable of the basic education cycle, in favor of the students of the second cycle. 6. There are statistically significant differences between the performance averages of the research sample members on the psychological compatibility scale according to the variable of the basic education cycle, in favor of the second round students. 7. There are statistically significant differences between the performance averages of the research sample members on the social skills scale and the psychological compatibility scale according to the academic grade variable, in favor of the eighth graders. 8. There are no statistically significant differences between the performance averages of the research sample members in social skills and psychological compatibility according to the number of hearing disabilities in the family variable.
