|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الضغوط المهنية بدافعية الإنجاز لدى موظفي مستشفى رزيق البشير ببوسعادة طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة تتكون من (250) موظف وتم اختيارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل لكون مجتمع الدراسة مساويا لعينة الدراسة، من خلال تطبيق مقياسين يتكون كل واحد منهما من (15) عبارة (بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما)، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في تحليل البيانات للإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: 1- ما هو مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى موظفي مستشفى رزيق البشير ببوسعادة؟ 2- ما هو مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى موظفي مستشفى رزيق البشير ببوسعادة؟ 3- هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الضغوط المهنية ودافعية الإنجاز لدى موظفي مستشفى رزيق البشير ببوسعادة؟
|b The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between professional pressure and motivation of achievement among the Employees of Rizeeq Al-Bashir Hospital. This study was applied on a sample of (250) employees who were selected in a comprehensive survey method. The study tools consisted 2 scales each one comprises 15 items. The descriptive method was adopted to answer the following questions: 1-What is the level of professional pressure of the employees of the hospital of the province of Bashir in bousadaa? 2-What is the level of motivation of hospital achievement of the employees of the of the province of Bashir in bousadaa? 3-Is there a relationship between the professional consensus and achievement motivation of the staff of the hospital of Rizeeq al-Bashir in bousadaa?
