|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر السياسة المالية في موريتانيا على النمو الاقتصادي بواسطة نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد وطريقة المربعات الصغرى الاعتيادية خلال الفترة (2000 – 2022)، بعد العرض النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة، ركز البحث على محددين، من أدوت السياسة المالية هما النفقات العامة والإيرادات العامة. لقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة إيجابية بين النفقات العامة والنمو الاقتصادي على المدى الطويل، بمعنى أن السياسة المالية ليس لها كبير الأثر على النمو الاقتصادي الموريتاني، كما حثت الدراسة كذلك على ضرورة ضبط وتوجيه السياسة المالية في موريتانيا لكي يكون تأثيرها على النمو الاقتصادي أكثر فعالية وتحققا.
|b This research aims to study the impact of fiscal policy in Mauritania on economic growth using the multiple linear regression model and the ordinary least squares method during the period (2000- 2022). After the theoretical presentation of the study variables, the research focused on two determinants of fiscal policy tools, which are public expenditures and public revenues. The study concluded that there is no positive relationship between public expenditures and economic growth in the long term, meaning that fiscal policy does not have a significant impact on Mauritanian economic growth. The study also urged the need to control and direct fiscal policy in Mauritania so that its impact on economic growth is more effective and they checked.
